    Hi Folks,

I have pain in the shoulder blade.i thought it was from BJJ,i do a lot of rolling  and after one session I had bad pain in my shoulder blade. Its fine at rest unless I activate the area.
From looking online I see its similar to a pinched nerve in my neck with  numbness in the arm and  hand too ,occasionally.
Wanted to get this looked at and Im more inclined to see a good physio rather than a doc.
    Any recommendation?

    thanks
