Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Arresting a soldier?

Just wondering if any Garda could tell me do you tell the Army if a soldier has been arrested? I've heard thatt they do but am not sure. It happened at the weekend and I've heard nothing so far and would prefer not to have to say anything. Oh I also heard that Gardai are not meant to handcuff soldiers - assume that's just…

Afaik they're not supposed to handcuff a soldier in uniform.

I would suggest speaking with your sergeant or at least a representitive and getting advice.

I thought the army police would be involved but could well be wrong.

Speak with another serving member maybe??
