Arresting a soldier?

    Just wondering if any Garda could tell me do you tell the Army if a soldier has been arrested? I've heard thatt they do but am not sure.

    It happened at the weekend and I've heard nothing so far and would prefer not to have to say anything.

    Oh I also heard that Gardai are not meant to handcuff soldiers - assume that's just a myth?
