Can't believe they're actually billing it as The Demon vs Sister Abigail. That's the p*ss break.

Wyatt is toxic. He does nothing for anyone who is put in a rivalry with him. He doesn't even have the saving grace of being able to put on good matches.

All he has is a cool entrance.

I'm gonna skip this PPV, there's nothing at all on it that looks good.

This feud has done more damage to Finn than good. Even if he beats Bray again, who cares? He's already beaten him twice, both as Finn and the Demon.

it feels like one of those feuds were they had something in mind for finn at survivor series and then they did the usual change of plans and just threw crap at the wall and this is what were watching now

Was looking at the stats earlier, this will be Kane's 171st PPV match, putting him 5 clear of Taker for most appearances. Pretty amazing.

God for Finn to come out and put over "Sister Abigail" and to speculate whether Bray Wyatt has outsmarted us all. This whole story is just doing no favours for eithe Finn or Bray.

Otherwise it was a decent Raw. Felt they could have save The Shield entrance for TLC, but its amazing how much more credible Dean Ambrose is when hes not dressed as a bar room drunk. Enzo is giving people a reason to care about teh cruiserweight divison in the absence of Neville.

Has there ever been someone who takes so much time as Bray and was ultimately utterly worthless to the company?

This feud has not just been death for the viewer, its hurting Finn also.

Ideally Bray would be told to **** off for a few month and reset. **** it, if this is the type of ****e he is going to engage in and ruin his opponents then fire him worst case scenario. Garbage.

Yeah Enzo has been a godsend to that sorry excuse of a division. I always enjoyed Neville's matches and his promos got much better over time, but I have never looked forward to CW segments as much as I do now. Didn't expect Enzo to be able to draw heat after being so popular for so long, but he does it really well, better than most actually after a turn. Might have to start watching 205 Live, wish they'd see the value of Gallagher though, his position since his feud with Neville has frustrated me, hopefully the heel turn does something for him.

Enzo can easily be the new Miz in terms of heat. Hes utterly unlikeable in appearnace, personality and he can speak. He is making things very watchable and Im hoping (and will probably be left waiting) for Neville to return and take him down.

I think Johnny Gargano would be the perfect man to dethrone him, preferably at the end of a long feud that culminates at Mania. Now that's just dream booking of course, but those two could tell a great story together and really boost the prestige of that title. I've given up on Neville coming back, it doesn't sound promising, hopefully they can work it out though.

The problem for the Cruiserweights is that Kalisto is totally meh, I feel they needed Neville after the double turn to be the ultimate foil to Enzo and now don't really know who they have that can play that role on the face side. Cedric Alexander is probably the closest they have but he's not really been succesfully elevated to that level yet.

I like Finn & I like Bray but both need to be done with each other and given some proper direction by creative instead of just meandering from feud to meaningless feud as they are now.

The way they book Bray I honestly think he really benefits from being part of (the leader of) his Wyatt Family faction. When I think of better times for him I think back to things like The Wyatt's feud with New Day or The Shield. Get him back recruiting family members, have him brainwash some people like we thought he was going to do way back when with Kane when they kidnapped him (but it lead to nothing).

He still got some boos when he first grabbed the Mic but I think the WWE are firmly behind using the shield to try and sway the audience reaction on Roman. He seemed to really relish all the fans wanting to fist bump him etc as they made their classic shield entrance too.

I think back to Bray hinting at taking on HHH in and around Rumble/Mania season a couple of years ago and him looking at Hunter's title and giving it a little pat. Crowd loved it. Authority vs Cult could have been good. But sure ya can't have heel v heel and they never let him be a full tweener.

His cup of coffee with the WWE title this year (yes this year) was poo and they even screwed a perfectly viable push for Harper too.

Think they could've had a great character with him potentially many times at this stage but now he's a fast forward for me. Balor too unfortunately.

Didn't they turn Bray face for 5 seconds before? Think may have been before the brand split.

If only Kurt had actually said there would be repercussions for interfering rather than just saying everyone was banned. Maybe just say Kane can't take part.

The way things are going with the CW, is Kalisto winning and Enzo is moving on to Mustafa? Or is Enzo getting the title back and moving on to Mustafa?

    Sasha/Fox on the preshow?

Was hoping we would see The Shield lnocled out and Axel returning. :) And after that ending, it would've made some kind of sense. It was really Kane but Shemus, Cesaro and Braun assume it's all Axel.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,887 ✭✭✭✭Rock Lesnar

So Miz says Bo and Axel have been held back in wwe for years so when the chance comes to put them back on the map and possibly make them credible, by taking on the shield on a ppv, they're dumped for Sheamus, Cesaro, Braun and now a 50 year old Kane. Brilliant, just brilliant.

People going nuts for The Shield and hating Roman is just so weird to me.

The fans already had Ambrose and Rollins teaming together - so going crazy and marking out for The Shield means essentially marking out for Roman's involvement. Yet when Roman goes to speak they boo him - imagine trying to explain this to someone who does not follow wrestling. It's mental.

The Balor stuff was so cringe I had to mute the TV. This is painful to watch. I like Finn but this feud has done him no favours whatsoever.

Wrestling fans, we're a picky bunch.

As for trying to explain it to someone who doesn't follow wrestling, simply put see picky bunch, or it's just a very confusing love/hate thing. I'd stick with picky bunch for brevity's sake.

Also what is your I don't want to say obsession, but yeah obsession with trying to explain to people who don't follow wrestling/weekly, wacky nonsensical happenings of WWE story lines.

Bray was going well with Harper and Orton. It was well done, right up until mania, then they ruined it with the awful Mania match and stupid graphics in the ring.

He is still, young, only 30 this year and its the writing that lets him down. Not sure much control he has but whoever is leading his writing needs to learn to hold back.

He ends up in matches with bad endings like he had with Ambrose, before them he is in a constant cycle of attacking a random face followed by many promo's and, in the end, another loss for him.

To be fair, this is one of the few times the booking makes reasonable sense. The Miz is using Bo and Axel and it would be silly to believe that he would trust these guys to hang with the shield. They are not creditable whatsoever.

I think 5 in the match is a bit much as it seems mad that the shield will lose there reunion match, but also a little absurd also they may beat a team of five.

I dunno, maybe they the heels win here, and the shield with 2 others win the rematch in survivor series? They could also find a way to write Strowman out of the match, e.g The Miz annoys him so much in the ring he leaves early, but that's not really a road I want them to go down either.

Kane does nothing for me in this team. Was more intrigued with the 4 on 3 dynamic. Keeps it realistic (as much as ya can in this game). You always had the chance of Axel taking a few bumps too. As you say, 5 on 3 is dumb. Either Shield loses their return or they beat 5 dudes, neither sits well with me really.

The booking for this is simple. It will be turned into an elimination match. Ambrose and Rollins get eliminated leaving Big Dog in a 1 v 5 situation only for him to overcome all the odds to win :D

I agree, im just saying this was a chance to make them look credible, they've been held back for years apparantly, what better way to show they've been held back by looking good going head on with the shield, sure have Kane turn up during the match (if he has to) vowing revenge on reigns for his retiring his brother, but let the 2 lads have their time to shine before it happens

    2 things

It's funny how Reigns looks the exact same minus his symbol on his chest

Why did they keep the Reigns remix of the Shield theme?

Because He's the big dog and its his yard

An unpopular opinion but Reigns always does a good job of working with Strowman. Compared to the crap match he had with Lesnar; Brauns matches with Reigns are miles better.

I wish Todd Grisham was on commentary last night to announce Kane :)

Now that's just crazy. We all know Ambrose and Rollins will turn on Reigns and he'll beat all 7 guys.
