Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think this is meant to be a contest thread not a report thread.

Will enter with Sherkin 91 knots.

Roches Point or Johnstown Castle for me..I'll say Johnstown castle - 103kts.

Kinsale Energy recorded 96kts in Feb 2014. I reckon it'll hit 100kts this time. I'm only 25 miles from the platform, nailing everything down at the moment!!

Roches Point has some shelter to the south, betting on 82kts

    Sherkin island 69 knots

I don't think the OP meant to include Kinsale energy but only stations on land ... but I expect them to either report 105 knot gusts or stop reporting. Holding my land guess at 91 knots Sherkin Island.

    Cork Airport 90 knots

How will this be scored? Something like 5 points for the correct station and a max of 10 points for the correct speed, minus 1 point for every knot off?

And what's the prize for the winner? :P

If Casement see 107 kts, there wont be a boards.ie left to announce the winner.

Recent runs give me more confidence in my Roches Point @ 100 kts
