It's open to interpretation.

Last big storm in 2014, our trampoline took off, slammed into the gable end of the house breaking pvc gutters and ****, then bounced onto the roof and destroyed the solar tubes.
Now we have one at the front of the house, so if it flies off it's bye bye cows (if they're in the field which I doubt) or bye bye farmer's shed if it gets to the bottom of the field. Much better

I think they have to turn them off for safety reasons once the wind exceeds certain speeds.
