Predictions for Constitutional? Or general tips on approach? Have company and cons back to back :(

BTW, tip I got from someone earlier: Understand the Fundamental principles of Judicial Review and see if you can apply them in PBQs, sometimes they general policy waffle can be the difference between pass and fail

    Tort:

Say for a question on liability for animals. For the negligent part, should you talk about Glencar v Mayo and say that in order to determine negligence it must be forseeable, proximity, public policy and fair and just?

Or do you just go what the cases say and say you knew or ought to know that something would happen if left unattended?

Constitutional on Thursday. It was the realization that I hadn't even packed yet that set it off! I have an acupuncture session tomorrow so that'll calm me a bit (I was a total sceptic before but my physio convinced me to try it and it really does work) but it's all systems go now!

Anybody know the time limits for the statue of limitations. It appears to be changed with civil liability and courts act?

So would negligence, nuisance or breach of contract be 3?
    Tresspass, property damage 6?

It also says that battery and assault can be brought under 6 years?

If negligence etc causes personal injury it's 2 years, if other type of damage arising it's 6 years.

If there's a fake legislation, often its art 15 - non delegation doctrine but usually theres a right in there too

    Free Movement of Goods
    Citizenship/Workers
    Equality (Pay for men/women)

    Art 263
Holding out for the Case Note question to go my way!

Still a bit worried though...examiner seems predictable enough so fingers crossed!

I was the exact same when I did constitutional, I passed it having a good broad knowledge of most areas and doing the essay questions and case note question.
