Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Are we in agreement for 3 star teams? We can get them drawn randomly or choose them ourselves. I’m fine with either

    I don't really mind about the 3 star teams we can pick or whatever I'd be a bit wary of going to lower star teams it might just make the games a bit dull?

    I'm happy with 3 star maximum and we pick out own teams to suit but everyone to give there opinion so we are all happy.


    I was thinking two games per week and we have two games and days to play each game

    So first game to be played maybe between Tuesday and Wednesday and second game to be played between Saturday and Sunday?

    That would roughly be 3 months to completefull league and take us up to Christmas or there abouts.

    Opponents will be decided by a fixture generator app.

    When we say 3 star is it strictly 3 star or 3 and 3 and a half star. Im easy either way with whatever star teams we use but the lower the star teams the more frustrating the game gets

    Id be happy to play anything from 4 star down (strict 4 star not 4.5). But I'm easy

    I'd agree with 4 star aswell, 3 star can be quite boring. As for fixtures I work shift so would be more in favour of say Monday - Wednesday for fixture 1 and Thursday- Sunday for fixture 2?

    I’d go with 4 star. Ideally not to force games to be played within a 2 day window because some will have holidays and work. I reckon get 2 games done within a week is easier

    Yeah 4 Star is OK with me too. Shall we all agree on that? 4 Star max? Not 4.5 stars etc?

    I like the idea of Tuesday/Wednesday and then a Weekend.

    Agree with this. If someone is given 2 fixtures that they have to complete in a week and then figure out with your opponents a time that suits. It could come out that on a given week the only time that suits for 3 or 4 people is a saturday... o can we do a cup too :D

    I downloaded league generator on Android to just test it. We can re do it or go ahead with it but few screenshots attached. We could pick teams in a draft type format?

    Max 4 star sounds good. As sad previously 3 star teams can be fierce boring. Are we picking teams to put into a hat and then random selection or just picking a team each?
