    You can transfer either the items or shards via the official app of via app.destinyitemmanager.com
    There is a notification that items are class specific, looks to be the same as D1.

    I haven't bought anything from Xur but have confirmed that you can transfer exotics from 1 character to another.

    Depends on your current level I think. I bought the chest piece and it was 269. Once I equipped it the weapon was available at 270.

    Had 502 legendary shards yesterday awaiting Xur bought one item (thanks Xur) and today have 542. Strange coins were a lot more scarce early on.

    Last week - Xur has Merciless, I buy Merciless, Monday I get 2nd Merciless from random engram drop

    This Week - Get random crucible drop of Wardcliff Coil *basks in air of smugness as I gloat about said Coil to my brother - -  Xur Sells Wardcliff Coil next day.

    I think there's two there I don't have the Tricksleeves and the Steps.
    Excellent something to spend my 1065 legendary shards on
    Riskrunner is mental in PvE when you get it to proc, everlasting bullets

    Picked up the Machaneer’s Tricksleeves from Zur yesterday. A half hour later my clan XP reward comes in; another set of Machaneer’s Tricksleeves...

    Neither of them did anything for my LL either.

    Well I know for week 1 he was still there until reset and even beyond. Wasnt sure if it was a glitch or not. Not like Xur has anything good for me now in anyway unless its one of the 4 exotics I dont have yet.
