I got a notification yesterday that a package has been delivered. No sign of it.

Turns out the postie left it in with my neighbours.
And the neighbours have since left on holiday.

Waiting for good things is a big fckin TA.

My boss had a go at me at work on Friday (the thing that happened wasn't my fault). Then I got sick over the weekend had to go to the doctor, am out for the week and now the boss probably thinks I'm sulking.

Sitting on the bus and I caught sight of a freckle on my arm with the bloody largest hair coming out from it. All I can think about is getting home and the satisfaction of plucking the bugger from my arm. Examining myself now to see can I see more. I've also been walking around most of the day with headphones in that aren't even working. Just in case someone takes a notion to ask me a question or try and speak to me, they'll assume I can't hear them.
    Not today people.

This is the absolute embodiment of the spirit of the TA thread subscribers. I love it.

TA that my boss is such a high achiever that nothing I do will ever be good enough.

After a particularly tough rig class in the gym the other day, the backs of my thighs are absolutely aching, as are my triceps and my glutes.
I woke up this morning and it took ages to get dressed.
Out shopping, my laces on my shoes came loose and opened FOUR TIMES, meaning bending down to re-tie them was agony for me and my poor thighs
I really wanted to ask someone to tie them for me but I remembered I wasn't five years old/weird.

My right foot must be deformed. I never get more than 12 months out of a pair of wellies. Every time it's the right one that leaks and always in the same place. Anyone with sound size 9 right leg wellingtons thrown away?

TA'd that I don't know what to do with myself. Wondering if I should go back to work or if my health is up to it, but then thinking I will just go nuts if I'm not doing anything at all. I don't particularly like my job either and it stresses me out. Do I look for another job? Do I go back? I was thinking that I'd like to go back to college, I have an Arts degree but I'd love to do psychology or anthropology. I was looking at Open University courses and ones in UCC yesterday, psychology has 4 places only for mature students and I have to sit some sort of test first, anthropology can only be studied in Maynooth and I also have the issue of few places and I don't have the money for it either. The OU courses were a total of 17 grand  I don't want to get into debt in case I'm too unwell to work and can't pay it off. The missus is looking for a new job and she is looking around the country and she applied for a job in the UK too so I don't even know where I will be soon enough. Everything is all up in the air and now I am feeling better and getting bored.

TA I'm a surly sarcastic bitch 80% of the time and the other 20% I am drunk. When I'm drunk I'm lovely, I'm nice to people I smile at people and I'm not angry. That should be a TH but it bugs me a little bit that I'm so different.
It reminds me of a drunk call I made to a friend I was upset with during the summer

"I'm very angry with you I don't think we should be friends you make me sad. How's work though? You in good form? How you been keeping? I'm glad you're happy, any holidays planned?? But yeah like I was saying I'm so mad at you"

And I was, I was fuming. But just that's me when I'm knee deep in vodka.

TA That I have to imagine the warmth around me from the fire is someone's arms. Dealing with snotty ex this evening made me miss boyfriend. Ex does not do physical affection or even friendliness. With me....

I really wish Facebook would stop changing their advertising section. It's getting awful confusing now. Just as I get used to the new layout, they introduce new stuff.

More than TA is the tendency of (many) people to follow Prince George in the media and literally replicate his outfits etc for their own kids. He is spotted wearing something - it sells out. It is more than a little creepy a. to be watching that closely and b. to want your own child to be some kind of Prince George dress-up doll. The latest? A run on puy lentils as they are served at his new school and parents are rushing out to feed them to their sprogs. It is creepy any pathetic in equal measure!

Are you sure you are not a doctor?

I think after fighting against a cold for the past few weeks, I'm just going to have to give in and let it take ahold of me.
But I'm obviously going to wait until Monday to let that happen.

You have to be on a social welfare payment for 9 months to get BTEA.
