Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
Three methods appear. Chat is the middle.

Has anyone ordered a TV from amazon lately?

Just wondering is it best to use Parcel Motel etc

I ordered a TV from warehouse, it was delivered direct (no PM). Came with a broken stand and the bother to return it was cumbersome as the box it arrived was ripped.

Items come with 30 day money back and 1 year warranty, but i think there is some EU law that says that the warranty is longer. I am just (barely) remembering the last thread.

They have offers like this roughly twice a year.

Quality can be almost perfect (open or damaged box) or it could have issues (pre used, found problems, sent it back).

30 days should be enough to tell if it is worth it or not. They should also say in the description "used - very good" or "used - excellent" etc.

I find "used - minor blemishes" often looks great too.

Unfortunately, the exterior looking great will have little or no effect on the performance. Again - 30 days.

Just bought a Murphy Richards Soup Maker for £29+free delivery. It's currently in Argos at €91
Just bought a slow cooker that I didn't know I needed! :) Thanks OP!

If you buy a tablet with special offers can you pay later to remove them?

The one I'm looking at one has an option with special offers

Will they tape back up the boxes before posting?

If you're using one of the re-ship services I would recommend Wizard over Motel. Wizard are a little less strict when it comes to box size and I have had 2 32" TV's delivered from the UK through them for the regular charge of €3.85. No extra charge or having to pick up from a depot.
