Average height of man in Ireland is 5'10'' to 5'11'', and a woman 5'7'' to 5'8'', I think that's perfectly fine, there is no need to be breaking your legs to add an inch or two in height.

Same in the penis department, the average of 6 to 6 and a half inches is more than enough. I'd focus more on maintaining your health. I thought the same but I was wrong. There are guys out there who are seriously small. Women tend to think that if you look "manly" as in you are tall and bulky, then you are well hung. Actually my post you quoted seems fairly vitriolic compared to how I feel currently so it's good to feel less bothered.
