Kane for me. Been dissapointed with his 2pts from 2 games but he's been unlucky not to have grabbed a few goals by now. Home against Burnley is about as good a chance as any for his luck to turn.

    Cue 1-0 Burnley

I'm not 100% convinced that this match will be as one sided as people think / hope. I'm genuinely torn between Alli and Aguero for captaincy (don't have Kane).

Last season, City beat Bournemouth 4-nil at home and 2-nil away. For Spurs / Burnley the results were 2-1 home and 2-nil away. If Kane wasn't such a popular choice, I'd be all over Aguero but may have to go with Alli to mitigate against a 5-nil goalfest. You'd have to expect Alli to be involved in a couple if Kane runs amok.

Edit to add: total involvement in goals assists for those matches = Alli 1 of each, Kane and Aguero = SFA

I'm one of only 3 people in top 10 of work league to own Kane and that's unlikely to change
Now so do I go against the rest of their lukakau captains (some could go firmino too who I don't own ) with Kane or play it safe and captain lukaku ..........

Kane, I can seriously visualise a Hurrikane hat trick

Leaving it on Kun for the 3rd week,Burnley will be no pushover for Spurs, and at the same time it would be no surprise to see Kane rattle off a hat-trick,could be a big swing if Kun clicks

    Have Kane Lukaku and Aguero.

Kane has never performed when I captained him, so I'm captaining Aguero.

    You're welcome Kane captainers!

So we've all just talked ourselves into rubbishing the entire Kane/August theory AND the Spurs/Wembley theory coupled with the Tom Heaton/Saving shots theory even though normally we'd be falling over each other to point these things out.

All the while United play Leicester which seems to have attracted quite a few goals even when United couldn't score and City are at home to Bournemouth who aren't afraid to let in a goal?

Sooooo..........room for one more on the Kane Train? :D

City are away to Bournemouth, not that it makes much difference.

The thing with Kane is once he gets his first goal he may score 2 or 3.... but when will he get that 1st goal.. Burnley will be no pushover... I think Spurs will win 2-0 with goals from Alli/Ericsson and spurs defender.. Kane to weigh in with assist and yellow card and get 4 points

An assist is more than he got last two weeks. It's also only one point less than a goal. I would have been happy with an assist either of last two weeks.

For 12.5 million, I'd be looking for a better return tbh

Agreeing with you. Says something when you be hoping for a lousy assist from league's top scorer.

My gut feeling was half right, not a huge amount of goals for Spurs. Delighted I didn't go with Aguero in the end, though.

Happy I decided to go with Firminho now, normally go with the percentages but following his display midweek and with a poor Arsenal defense, I just saw bags of goals been scored, thought Arsenal might have scored a few too though.
