I have to confess, I did end up in the mosh pit at DKMs. First time in a pit in 15 years. Great gig!

It was funny having a few pints in town before the show and doing a bit of people watching. It was very easy to see who was going to DKM and who was going to Longitude.

Well considering the hack of the kids walking through town after Longitude on Saturday night, I'd say it was very easy lol

Well considering how small the Iveagh Gardens are, the mosh pit probably started 5 feet away from the bar :pac:

Spoiler: well we've kind of spoiled the whole thing already so I may as well just tell you Ed Sheeran gets naked in it.

Meh, if you can watch the red wedding on High Def, naked ginger gimp probably isnt that scary.

If it gets too bad, i'll just tell myself it's just a sumo wrestlers nappy rash instead of a human.

Upgrade to La Marseillaise, that's a proper anthem.

Jaysus the food in the south of france is fantastic.

I had pizza for 3 nights running and tonight I had a beautiful pasta with garlic and pine nuts.

    Bon appetit

Agreed, but only when sang in the 6N in Murrayfield.

During the power cuts yesterday, the following twitter exchange with ESB Networks occurred. The user has since deleted their side of it, but the other part is still visible on the ESB Networks account last I checked. :D

Is there a more disgusting herb than corriander? I do not believe so.

So disappointing when you order food and after the first mouthful you just taste the devils herb.

Are you one of those people that it tastes of soap for?

If so, unlucky, that stuffs delicious.

    Fennel

It's a vegetable but yea, anything that tastes like aniseed is disgusting too.

Yes, it tastes like I've got a mouthful of fairy liquid. :(

Is that a thing? That would be awful.

Yes it is a genetic thing apparently. It tastes strongly like soap to me, I'd know if a dish even had one or two leaves of corriander in it.

It's annoying because it seems to be the herb of fashion at the moment with every street food vendor and even restaurants sprinkling it on top or within their dishes.

So its a bit like Harp?

I feel sorry for people who have that problem with coriander. Or any food allergies.

I'm quite lucky I think because there is no food that I hate. There's stuff that I'm not a huge fan of and I wouldn't choose to put on my plate but if it's served to me, I'll eat it. Basically as long as it's cooked or served well, it gets eaten.

The only issue with food at the moment is that dinner has to meet the requirements of whatever fad diet the missus is on

Most of my favourite food uses corriander, that would be annoying alright. Pretty much rules out most Asian food.

I love coriander. I don't get people who won't eat onion. I do a lot of cooking and onion is in nearly everything I cook, it must be a bollox to find stuff without it.

I haven't had a pint of Harp in years, I have been converted. Guinness is my choice now at all times, will only move to lager if no Guinness available.

It rules out quite a bit really, though a lot of dishes just use it as garnish and you can easily leave it out or just pick it out.

Certainly not if it's raw. Awful stuff!

I have the same problem with celery. It tastes like acid.
