    17.1C in a light WNW'ly here near Tralee, overcast for the most part with some lighter patches, few breaks in the cloud earlier giving some sunshine actually getting up to 19.1C. Few drops a while ago. Not a bad day, grand for tipping around the garden.

    After a mostly cloudy afternoon with some sunshine there are now a few drops of rain. It's also slightly cooler @ 17.6C. The high this afternoon was 22.3C. The wind has also picked up slightly.

    Got up to 17.2C and 14.1C atm here near Tralee. Cloudy for most of the day apart from a few bursts of sunlight with broken cloud earlier. Very dull this evening. Drizzle and some light rain here earlier giving 1mm. Was over near Killarney and there were some very heavy showers that I haven't seen in a long time.

    Well that was a cold, damp, summer's day with no sunshine. The high was only 14.1C, recorded just after midnight, the lowest of the summer so far, but it was less than this for most of the day. 9.0mm of rain was recorded this morning but there was some drizzly stuff all day. Thankfully there was very little wind today.

    There's been an improvement in the weather since and sun's come out. The high temperature for the day is now 15.3C.
