Watch out for heat stroke in this weather...for man and beast. Keep an eye on animals in fields with minimal shelter. Roasting out! Especially tough on animals that are recuperating from pneumonia. Saw a few today under severe pressure!

Ended up going to Bunratty castle. Small lady loves the playground there, the fairy village and the few animals. Mother enjoyed talking to a few people as we went into a few of the cottageS. I enjoyed the ice cream. :)

This week will relieve a lot of pressure- bit of silage to be done, will get to finish footing the turf and a lad coming spraying tomorrow.

Carrigshock, sorry if I spelled it wrong. They had a fantastic weekend there, I think they are coming back here in August so we will have a big job in looking after them. Well worth it though, lovely people.

Easiest way to spell it. Some of my friends are up that way. Great little spot. Strong tendency for drink :P

You'd nearly have to stand guard in that field from you row it up, till the last bale is gone.

So true, but the only thing we can use the field for is fodder as fences are constantly broken down and electric fence units disappear.

That feeder is not even ours so they stole it from someone else's field and carried it into ours.

We rowed it up yesterday, baled and drew home so it's all good now.

Sure is, it makes all of our small issues fairly insignificant looking.

See there was more attacks in London last night too.
