Anyone who describes themselves as arty or creative. If I see that stuff on Tinder I don't go near it. Usually accompanied by black and white photos of themselves musing on a windswept beach. I just think get over yourself.

Hey man! A heavy day stacking sods and you'd also end up with a feminine laugh like us.

I was thinking of that high pitched cork laugh.

    Ha Ha Ha Boy.

Oh I have another one; ungroomed pubic hair.
    Guys need to trim too.
I really don't think I could sleep with a guy that didn't keep it trim, it would be an instant turn off for me.

Anyone who describes themselves as having good people skills. In other words, you've no other skills and you're hired as a receptionist because you're hot. Just because you're an extrovert who's good looking, does not mean (for a second) that you've a good intuition into people.

On 2nd thought, I'd tolerate it!

Addressing me as "hun" or "huney". Drives me wild, and not in a good way.

They usually see no irony about it because they don't count their own vices as bad habits.
lots of piercings on men (I have a few and I think they suit some women).
    LOL :pac:

Broke up with one girl because she was terrible in bed give it two or three try's, but just 0 chemistry at all, then ended it gently to be fair.

Bailed on a date after the topic turned to religion and she made clear she was pretty into the Jesus stuff and had a purity ring , didn't feel a screed of guilt cutting and running there.

Left another girl I'd been seeing for a few weeks ,after I went on one night out with her and her mates , she was lovely but they were a bunch of skangers and she was completely different around them after she did a line of coke, I said I was going the loo , bailed and ghosted her, not my scene.

would have always been put off by smokers and I could never stay with someone who was a bit dim or lazy.

Hmm....do you mean like trashy jewelry or just any jewelry in general?

Jewellery in general. I can't think of a single instance I've seen a necklace/earrings/bracelet on a man and not thought it looked awful!

If you're gonna "check in" and tag me everytime we leave the house you can die....

There are certain bits of pop culture where if we didn't both like/hate it it might be a problem. Like I really would think less of someone who loved the Big Bang Theory or hated The Simpsons

My friend's girlfriend puts Big Bang Theory on in our house all the time, and its slowly undoing a decade plus of friendship. A mind numbing, harrowing ordeal for anyone to have to endure, even as background noise.

What about all 8 fingers with these on?

3.) Height - I'm 5ft 5in and don't want a girl who is below too much. Nothing to do with femininity or masculinity rather its simply attraction. I tend to find shorter women (with a fair number of exceptions) do not portray a look of seriousness. Height is the main focus in a negative fashion.

Hang on? Your 5ft 5 and you don't like short women? Your options must be very limited?

I remember back in my online dating days a few years ago coming across the profile of a guy who had specified that he had no interest in dating women that had had a 'good' life.

He specifically wanted a woman from a war torn country, someone who had undergone tremendous adversity, as he felt that only then would they have accessed the deeper parts of their soul & be able to appreciate life fully.

    I'll always remember that profile....What a twat.

What deal-breakers do you have before you began any romantic relationship or even friendship that most people would consider shallow?

    Bad manners

I once ended a relationship with a man because he wore slippers in the house. Don't ask me why, little bit irrational but I just couldn't see him as sexy after that.

Oh come on, bad manners aren't a shallow deal breaker, they're a massive deal breaker IMO!!

It depends on the kind of slipper - if it's a granddad type one with no back that causes them to shuffle a bit when they walk then yes, that's a deal breaker.

The type that almost look like a shoe I could just about accept.

I'm sorry but no one should have to put up with childish demands when things don't go the way they wanted yes I'd consider bad manners a deal breaker

that's gas, I once called over to collect something from a mate and he answered the door at 2pm in pj's, slippers and a dressing gown.....

honestly can't look at him the same anymore.

Fellas who don't drink..I know it's shallow but I want someone who I can go on a session with.

Another turn off is someone who isn't majorly into music and only listens to chart.

No, just a complete turn off for me. Probably because I've never worn a pair of slippers in my life, I think the day I do is the day I sit down and think "I'm old".

    Manufactured music fans

As opposed to fans of music that grows naturally in the forest.

A dressing gown with nothing underneath though! Especially with wet hair just out the shower...yes please!
Has to be the snuggly type of dressing gown though, not the harsh towel material.
