Fifth defeat in a row this week and almost certain to be relegated.

Lost to iroced this week so perhaps the most appropriate quote would be :

My centre is yielding. My right is retreating. Situation excellent. I shall attack!

I'd say at this stage it's either me or you that will get that third relegation spot!

I'd say with attrition that third spot won't matter, likely only 2 will be relegated.

Depends on the OR of the person in 4th place in the Championship too.

On a ridiculously bad run of form at the moment 8 loses from the last 9 games. Reckon I still need a win to be assured of safety

If you can't be top of the league it's some consolation to be the highest scorer to date.

H2H is a funny old game.

Its a matter of pride though. :)

There's no honour in staying up on a technicality. ;)

A win! Past that 50 point mark at last.

Top 2 lose I believe. Donegal and Cavan closing in... ;)

Critical win in the relegation six pointer against Gillespie Road.
That almost certainly sends him down along with Maybe Captain Lukaku.
The big question is can I do enough to stay ahead of thunderdog in the last three games?

Two 96 point scores in the league this week. Somehow they manage to play each other and draw.

I thought I had lost until Cech picked up that 1 bonus point, it would have been a killer to lose 96-95

It's getting very interesting in the relegation battle.
I'm six points ahead of thunderdog with two games to go and my next game is against...thunderdog.
Win or a draw and I am safe, lose and it may go down to goal difference.

Hopefully you win because that means I'm safe. I'm 1 pt behind you.

My only hope is that 30:19 (who is 4 points ahead of me) hasn't made a transfer since GW20 so if he gets 2 losses, I need to get at least one win and a draw. So if you go do me a solid and draw with me this week, that would be great ;)

That's zarquon who sadly has passed away.

I'm sure I could do something. If you could just let me know your Captain, team and formation. Oh, and your bank details

Ah I wasn't aware of that. Sad to hear. I'd be quite content with him claiming that 17th spot so!

I'm pretty sure it was mentioned at the time.

We talked about it in the Charity Champions League Thread.
Maybe the regulars who did not participate in it missed this sad info.

I missed it. Awful news. RIP.

OK I didn't realise that. Maybe we could name the gw 38 match day thread after him and explain it in that.

V good idea. Would also think that the charity tournament be run annually as the Zarquon Memorial Tournament with the monies raised going to his nominated charity from this year.

Edit - would have no prob in organising or helping to organise
