Anyone have any experience with ID mobile. They seem to be the cheapest by far. â‚¬250 for the s8 upfront. 24 month contract and 45 a month for 20gb data and 100mins and 100 texts. The plan would suit me if there service is any good?

My wife was briefly with them and the service was atrocious. There's a thread on here somewhere about them. 2G around most of the country and very patchy 3g. They are one of the many companies using the old o2 network.

I contacted them yesterday and the agent said he would reach out to the supplier or manager to find out.

He got back to me this morning. He said their expecting them on the 24th and they should be made available as stock within a day or 2..i'm guessing their not shipping until general release on the 28th.

Perhaps they might get them earlier but doesn't look like they will ship anytime sooner.

No idea. I ordered the first day it was announced (S8 Orchid Grey) but going by past pre-orders from 3 it's usually just random, Never seems to be First In - First Out so you could be lucky

Vodafone are 360 on the s7 edge and 320 on the s7

Got an email from Eir today. Phone will be delivered tomorrow. Was unsure about ordering the plus but decided im going to take it now. Would be alot of hassle to send back to make a new order for the regular S8. Im sure I will get used to it. Im currently using a oneplus 3T cant be much bigger than that really

They do, especially as the early stages of a phones launch. If you going for a Samsung go to the Samsung experience store to purchase it. Most are sim free.

So the Samsung Store in Dundrum will do them sim free?

Sweet! Didn't know that, I'll have to drop out there next month. Carphone Warehouse make you select a network and Samsung.ie doesn't sell anything for some bizarre reason.
