    Leaning towards the latter both...

    Randolph.
Randolph & McAuley (due to his set piece ability against a set piece poor LFC).
This time you guys got it wrong. Ah well can't blame you. I'm finding it hard to get into full FPL mode this year so can only blame myself for my yo-yoing results...

That said, only lost 1 pt from Randolph total uselessness (one of my worst transfer of the season) and super Marcos Alonso saved me from the 6 pts I'd have lost from McAuley in allowing Holebas to sub in. Of course Mourinho was talking sh*te about Valencia and played him the very GW I thought it was going to burn me. But yeah full credits to super Marcos Alonso, my most consistent and valuable player of this season so far.

So. I'm on 39 with Sanchez to go and Holebas 8 points to sub in. From mediocre to decent. Up to Sanchez to try and make it a bit better.

42 (-4) and Sanchez. Any chance Friend features tomorrow?

He's fit again. Potentially a cameo tonight.
"George is back in," said head coach Steve Agnew. "We have a fully-fit squad. Every single player is fit and champing at the bit to play. That's great news for me. "It's a selection headache, but that's the way I would rather have it. The only player unavailable is Calum Chambers and that's because the Premier League rules dictate that he can't play."

Chambers/Gibson was 100% first choice CB pairing. Surely a decent chance Chambers (everyone champing at the bit to play) comes straight back in for the DGW??

Hope so, but surely depends on how tonight goes. A hat trick for Sanchez should see Chambers back in to shore things up. That would be ideal.

    Yeah it looks likely.

If I was playing poker, and i got a 4 and a 9 off suit. It would be a bad decision to call a big raise preflop. If I called and the cards that were dealt out gave me a great hand it wouldn't change the fact that making the call at the time was a bad decision.

Playing to the odds of what is more likely to happen more often is what is generally considered good decision making, which can happen even if you lose. Even if you get rewarded in situations where the odds are stacked against you, it doesn't really turn it into a good decision. It's more of a lucky one (especially given the nature of the goal and the assist). But regardless of that. Congratulations on your points, you lucky sod :p

I had pocket jacks (Valencia) but folded pre-flop (benched him) and a jack came on the river which as a United fan slightly spoiled the game for me. I think I will do all my posts in poker parlance from now on.

Been offline all weekend. Got a lucky break. Alonso injured, Maguire off the bench for 7pts

53 with Sanchez and Walcott to come. Left DDG on the bench, annoying.
    Up 6 places to 191

Arsenal playing 3-4-3 with wing backs. Walcott benched, Giroud starts. Hopefully Sanchez is more central

Hard to tell how this new formation will affect Sanchez but my feeling is that it could see him providing width.

A friend cameo would delight me

    No idea

Tbh I'm slightly suspicious that after i brought to attention here that one person joined top last week that the 2 who joined this week are forum lurkers :D

Anyway double gameweek planning has not been made any easier with that arsenal team
Was fully settled on bringing mustafi in from 36 on

It should also serve as a warning for us next week
    Everyone worried about dgw rotation
We are gleefully ignoring the big teams cup semis and the INEVITABLE rotation that will follow
Pep ..............im predicting sane won't start against united for example assuming he starts the cup semi

No Valdes will hurt a few.

Planning is not your friend this season. Prep for this DGW34 has been difficult to say the least.

No comfort for anyone having brought him in for DGW!
Wonder if Chambers will be back for next week, ineligible to play parent club this week anyhow.

    Yep
I'm probably going to just bring in PVA now
Had planned on Bailly and then moving Valencia on to mustafi
    But no point now

    And ya know
    Owning PVA is fun
We don't buy him for clean sheets

    I might even captain him...........
