AIB worked for me no problem.

Is nfc on? Do you have a lock on the phone?

If these are both OK then maybe you should contact your branch. It could be the phone hardware but I doubt it.

Thanks, may ring AIB so :(

I downloaded an update a few weeks ago. Now dialing anyone is a Pita.
When I select the number, I have to hold the number and wait off a popular with a few options, edit number, dial Sim 1,dial sim 2, block contact, etc. Can I go back to the old version, or is there a setting change? Not liking this option.

Is there anyone here able to confirm if the OnePlus 3T works with contactless payment terminals using android pay and give details of where it has/hasn't worked for them? I have my card set up on android pay and it just says on the payment terminal that the card is unsupported, try another card.
Works fine with me, using AIB.

How much is the price of the 3t likely to drop by once the 4/5 is released? €50?

Or more likely wait until the stock of the 3T depletes completely before launching the OP5, that's what happened last year when they launched the 3T, I was looking to order a phone as a Christmas present and for quite a number of weeks there were no phones at all to order as the 3T hadn't been launched and the OP3 was out of stock.

Missus has the oneplus 3T since January and this week the battery has started to drop dramatically, it was great up to that point, anyone else experience this problem and did you do anything to improve it?

Check which app is depleting battery in battery settings.

Probably an app rather than the phone

My Oneplus3t alerts me if an app is using a lot of resources. Anything appearing on her phone? Or as mentioned go into battery settings and see what's using the most.

First step, wipe the cache partition and see how it goes from there

Thanks for the replies folks, turns out she wasn't closing her apps when finished and location services on too was killing it.

Anybody having an issue where a lot of films aren't available in HD on Google Play Movies? I get the message "hd purchases will play in sd on this device". The same ones play in HD on my HTC One M8. What's the story with this?

Edit: though to be honest, I'm after renting one to test it out. HD on the One M8, SD on the OnePlus 3T. Holding the two beside each other, with my face uncomfortably close to the screen, I can just about tell the difference in detail. At a normal viewing distance, I can't And the OnePlus's much brighter screen more than cancels it out anyway. Still, I'm curious, if anyone can shed any light on it for me.

It turns out the One Plus 3T only has software DRM and the licensing for HD movies on Google Play Movies requires hardware DRM for most movies. When you are browsing on the One Plus 3T can you still purchase in HD?

Yes. I reckoned it was a DRM issue alright. I guess DRM is going to continue to be a pain in the ass till the end of time.

I'm about to pull the trigger on one but primarily for downloading music from Play Music, the DRM issue has me worried though, can anyone confirm that you can download music from Play Music and play it offline without any issue?

Downloaded the update last night and haven't noticed any improvement with photo blurriness in WhatsApp.

Also disappointed that they haven't undone the changes they made to the sound profile slider settings in the previous update

I've been using this vent mount for a few years and it will fit the 3.

Just ordered one there. My Samsung Note 4 has served me well for over two years, but time to move on.

Before I get it (and preferably without having to search through 200 pages here), what are the best launchers and stuff to install from the get-go?

Nova has been my go To launcher across several phones for quite a number of years now.

Stock is good on the 3T too though.

Stock is good, but I am using Nova Launcher now too. They're both great and it really comes down to personal preference
