    I've moved to glasses from contact lenses as I found my eyes drying too much and everyone says how nice they are but I just feel like a nerd!
    Are glasses actually sexy or is it just a 'fantasy' thing?

    A good pair of stylish glasses, well fitted and carefully picked out to suit the wearer can really enhance a face.

    But a pair of Nana Mouskouri style glasses- nah!

    I'd lean towards yes, though in a lot of cases the woman would be quite attractive anyway.

    I wouldn't imagine for most men that it'd be a factor OP. Fact is that a woman wearing glasses can indeed be a sexy look but it depends on a few things. You'd want to have a pair that suits you and are reasonably stylish. It helps if you're reasonably smartly/fashionably dressed. Glasses on their own aren't a turn off, it's what else you're wearing, how you're presented.

    Crucially though, it all comes down to confidence. Wear them with confidence and you can be the most attractive person in the world.

    I have a very definite thing for guys in "hipster" glasses alright :p unfortunately the OH has perfect vision :pac:

    I sometimes wear glasses and he's told me that they really suit me, as have a good few other people

    I don't know if they're sexy or not, but I recently invested in a couple of pairs of reading glasses - the time has come when I can't see my watch - and they are small, elegant semi-rimless ones with rose-gold frames. I think that last makes me look like a Nazi war-criminal (or, at least, a Bang & Olufsen design engineer), but I couldn't get them in plain stainless so whatcha gonna do.

    My boyfriend thinks so but I hate mine. I lost them by complete accident a while back. I think it depends on what you look like without the glasses to start with, to be honest. But walking into walls isn't sexy, either.

    I used to sit beside a girl in an office that would wear glasses for a few hours a day.

    I was 22 and she was around 28 and when she put them on in the afternoon it was a sign she was actually working.

    She instantly turned into a smouldering goddess.

    I used to talk shoite to her then and she would get a bit annoyed as I was distracting her.

    Que angry hot girl wearing glasses talking nasty to me.

    I had to sit quite close to the desk to hide my response.

    Definitely agree with this. Those glasses with thick(ish) black frames can make an already attractive(ish) guy look even better!

    I'm lucky enough to have 20/20 vision (at the moment, I'm sure I'll lose it as I get older)....but I can't help but be ever so slightly envious of sexy people who wear glasses! :p
