    Have salmon fillets. Will poach them with lemon juice and a few other flavourings, whatever I can find in the press!

    Make my own ahem "tartar sauce" which is mayo + Greek yogurt + lemon juice and parsley.

    Roast, mash, croquettes and buttered carrotts and marrowfat peas (for himself ha ha)

    About four o clock. Will be ating the table legs by then!!

    Porridge with granola and honey.
    Tea and 2 toast.
    Chicken Panini, with salad and chips.
    Tea and Mars bar.
    Roast beef, mashed spuds, carrots, peas, gravy.
    Honeycomb ice cream

    I had dinner a little bit ago. Pork fillet, with roasted carrot, turnip and potatoes. It was yummy.

    Interrupted sleep so having berry porridge and coffee before work.
    Last night had hot and sour soup with Singapore chow mein as I was starving and weak. It was unreal.
