    Just took a 100% sourdough out of the oven an hour ago. Still warm so the butter is melting into it. Nice crisp crust, soft big gap crump & a tangy aftertaste. Delish.

    I bought an onglet steak in lidl. My other option was a rib eye, so I will be ****ed off if it isn't deadly. I also got merlot to go with it, so I will probably get over any potential disappointment fairly sharpish.
