Seven. Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.

Forget Saudi Arabia though. So what if 75% the terrorists of 9/11 came from there, causing the largest terrorist attack on their soil in history. Not much has changed in the country since then.

Drain the swamp, fill it with oil.
Saudi Arabia & Afghanistan. The two countries from where the largest terrorist attack in U.S. history originated.

And they're not on the banned list.

    Funny that.

Not really the Saudis own a lot of American debt, they could really **** up the US economy if they felt they were slighted.

Wonder how much of The Donald's debt they own.

Seems the USDA rescinded the gag order on their science division.

Good, hopefully they're not doing it just to spout 'alternative facts'.

It's much worse. Bush was at least a rational thinker who wasn't obsessed with his cult of personality and incessant lying.

If that executive order on the bans from those countries passes, it will be one of the best things to ever happen to ISIS recruitment. And not just in those countries, in various other ones that have easy access to the US, and within the US itself.

Well done, Donald. Well done.

228 shootings in 25 days if accurate is insane, but there is no easy solution. Any real change will occur over decades, not years.

Yeah, those are some ridiculous figures.

Apparently there have been 23 mass shootings in 11 different states so far in 2017.

965 deaths so far in 2017. They had around 15,000 deaths in 2016.

Getting this from http://www.gunviolencearchive.org/ if anyone is interested.

16 Police Officers shot and killed in January 2017.

Is he gonna impose martial law in Chicago maybe ? Meet with community leaders ?

Or just send in 'The Feds' ? Which department ? FBI ? DEA ? Customs and Border Protection Agency ? Department of Defense ?

    All bluster as usual.

And the president using his private twitter account to threaten to enact martial law in an American city is entirely normal and not in the least bit fascistic...

Probably a line he heard in a Chuck Norris movie. The man hasn't a clue what he's at.
The best we can hope for now is a farce of a presidency.

Four or more people killed/injured, not including the perp.

    Seems pretty reasonable to me.

Or the fact that people might flee Yemen because of what the Saudis are doing there. Backed by US weapons of course.

True and although we go on about oil having an impact on American international policy, the weapons industry (a trillion dollar industry) plays a significant part. The country that imports most arms from the US is... Saudi Arabia. They even hand Israel a $3.1 billion a year grant so they can spend it buying weapons back off them.

It appears if you buy from from America's top tier of weapons you can wreck havoc to all countries around you with impunity. You can even fly planes into their buildings killing thousands of their people and they'll still bend over and lube themselves up for you as long as you keep buying from them.

If you don't buy arms from them, or even from their top tier, you could find yourself in an axis of evil, in need of some American freedom and replaced by a ruler that will buy weapons from them.

The whole thing makes a mockery of the 'war against terrorism' and their alleged concern about protecting their borders.

But this Donald is not for turning, he won't bow to the pressures of lobbying or congress or foreign influences. Believe me.

I'd rather see him fail hilariously.

Everyone looking for loop holes or a quick impeachment to have him removed is missing the point that a sizable minority of the electorate wanted him as president. They went to the polls knowing that he was a liar, fraud, racist, misogynist with the temperament of a toddler and a fear of Russia. Removal from office for something petty will only martyr him.
Let him live long enough to become a villain rather than die a hero (I know his lot love a Batman quote).

The only problem with this is his failures could have major negative effects on millions possibly even billions globally

CNN? No, I'm pretty sure Trent and the rest of us are simply just looking at what Trump is going about doing.

One thing CNN won't be wrong about is the utterly ridiculous policy of building this wall

Anyone with anything bad to say about Trump is brainwashed by the crooked liberal media.

It isn't just CNN. It is the actions and words of the man himself.

However I don't know how likely it is that he will 'fail' at least in the short term. The actions he is taking, cutting taxes, reducing regulations, are likely to produce a short term bounce to the economy. Furthermore if he does pursue his massive stimulus package (teehee) (something Obama wanted to do but was thwarted by Republicans) it would likely have fairly substantial impacts on unemployment and growth, especially if it is targeted correctly.
