    Now I know you're not a bad guy Robert, but you've been sold a complete and utter con, as people have been pointing out to Trump supporters for over a year now. Trump played a hell of a lot of voters and onlookers abroad for complete and utter fools, the same way he has played investors and contractors for fools for decades, and the sooner they come to realise and face up to that, the better.

    You really take things people post very seriously.

    First quote is me quoting CNN who said he appears isolationist.
    Second quote and it is I posting what Trump said about regime change, yet today on CNN they said Trump could work with Russia in Syria who support Assad - which would be showing he is not for regime change there - we have to wait and see what happens there.
    Trump was not getting paid speeches from Wall St where he was telling them one thing and then telling the public something entirely different - lets see how they do.
    Trump was not my choice for President, but he was by default, mainly due to Hillary Clinton having voted for every war going to the point she criticised Obama for not getting involved in regime change in Syria - something Obama got right and I could support - her plans for no fly zones was for more regime change.

    The US had two most awful candidates. It was always lose/lose and who one disliked the least. The popularity ratings proved this - both had record poor approval ratings.

    Yeah, except I did. It was on the same page you started giving out on.

I said the images used by the media were disparaging compared to previous inaugural events, and that by comparing attendances which would never match Obama's it was a tool used to attack him. I also said Trump was wrong to claim he had more attendees than he did.

    Trump is facing lawsuits over foreign payments. Of course the alternative facts crowd are showing their agenda by being silent on it. Despite being very concerned over other peoples payments. The guys behind it have quite an impressive history but doxxing random women is more important for them at the moment.

    The point is obviously gone way over your head, so I'll break it down for you.

    You're annoyed that people are posting "less serious content" at the same time Donald is, in your opinion, doing good things. However, while a ****storm of a similar magnitude was occurring yesterday, you were also posting "less serious content".

    This is a very minor thing but just..odd. Even by Trump standards.

    So, Katie Rich, an SNL writer, wrote a nasty comment about Barron Trump on Twitter. There were a lot of reactions to it, she was entirely in the wrong and is on suspension. The strange thing is that Trump, who reacts vociferously to criticism against him, who had an opportunity to have a go at SNL and be absolutely vindicated...did nothing. Didn't tweet about it (afaik), didn't comment. It does make me wonder if he simply didn't pay attention to it because it wasn't about him. He never does know much about other people, even when he's insulting them, saying egregiously incorrect things. But his own son was very publically attacked by someone from a production he dislikes and despite all his lack of personal restraint, he said nothing.

    Anyway, odd but unimportant observation from the reality show that is President Trump.

    I wouldn't call her an idiot but maybe I would the guy in your link. Democrats need to reflect on why they lost and try to learn from it. The geographic demarcations between the two parties are too stark to reflect a mature electorate. Maybe with the tendency to fly the flag etc. it might be a long time before people vote for candidates rather than parties but a lot has changed in Ireland in that respect.

    Would be great to see a Hispanic background President.

    Just watching various press conferences over the last few days. Trump should let Pence do all the talking. He is a way way better speaker and doesn;t go off on random tangeants.
