Ye its complicated to judge I built a very strong 15 for this week. If there was no BB I wouldn't have spent as much on my defence on wildcard. Like last year the boost I'm getting from an early wildcard is the rejigging of my defence. These are moves I wouldn't have made with f.ts as I always look to sort my front 8 out first. Brunt, baines and chambers are players I wouldn't have yet if I hadn't wildcarded.

My defence is main reason I'm not wildcarding. Its been in great shape for last wee while, have Brunt, Alonso and Chambers for ages. I really want to get an Everton def, and I will before 26, but can't justify it so far as I've 3 great defence options every week.

Considering benching Alonso next week for Brunt (mid), Cedric (swa) and Chambers (WBA).

Ye you were ahead of the curve with a lot of your defence. BB worked well for me I'm just glad to have it out of the way now . Regrets about not getting in firmino yesterday I logged in at 1125 to do it but ran out of data.

I'm the same my defence is
Clyne, Jones, Alonso, walker and brunt.
Sometimes you will get stung with wrong choice on the bench, but I suppose it's a good problem to have

Ouch. I've been a victim to planning too far ahead. Kinda knew I was.

Coulda brought in any mid for Snoddy. Pedro or Firmino or Stanislaus were my picks. Went Stan for DGW planning. Firmino woulda been the short term thinking pick.
