I would agree with that. The last anti establishment president was John F Kennedy, when he tried to disband the CIA because of their obsession of invading Cuba and when he produced an order to print money though the Treasury instead of the privately owned Federal reserve then the CIA organized his murder. Wouldn't surprise me if the CIA had Trump killed.

It would then be very ironic if the person doing the assination was a member of the NRA.

Listen i think he is pig of a human being, a fraud, a selfish ego manic, no real interest in being POTUS and a realy stupid person. BUT i think we should all stop talking about him being assisinated i would hate it if he was and its not right.

I would just love to see him being dragged through an impeacement and having to resign in shame and the Trump Org going bankrupt for the FIFTH time. Now that would be Karma :)

So lets all stop this assisination talk joking in all it is.

Watched a bit on CNN, 1/3 of the screen is the side of Donald's head and a very excited looking wife. The band are playing in front of screens showing military aircraft.

The Donald could do with a strong dose of Ritalin.

    yes treason
the crime of betraying one's country

    yes treason
Treason occurs when you go against the leader of your country, the leader makes the rules so cannot be charged while in power.
    Afterwards is a different story.
Cromwell got charged with treason several years after he died, they dug him up and hanged him!

I wouldn't call the possibility of his assassination, a joke. US presidents are always under that threat, and now we have one who has alienated half the population and is slowly pissing off his own supporters, many of whom proudly brag about their aptitude with guns. And his threatening the CIA and NSA, isn't going to help matters.

And if I'm honest, the only reason I wouldn't like to see him assassinated is because he'd be remembered in history, and I'd prefer him to be forgotten.

But it's alleged he was colluding with Putin before the election. So that's conspiring against the US, aiding a foreign nation.

Not before but I think there will be a constant cross hair on him for many years to come

I hope not. He would be a martyr, I want him to do the job and then laugh as the Trumpites try to explain everything he didn't do. Mexico not paying for the wall fence extra 2 man patrol? Well Trump didn't go on holiday to Mexico so Mexico paid for it.

If only I had put some word like "alleged" in that post. Oh wait, I did.

But considering the huge amount of contact Trump has with Russia, it wouldn't exactly come as a surprise.

Nothing wrong with aiding a foreign nation, it can't be a conspiracy against the US, he is the leader of the US(in a few hours).
When he fúcks up, he'll be out on his ear at the next election.

The definition of treason in the US constitution is pretty narrow. It's espionage or sedition he'd probably be guilty of if the stories are true.

But it would be a conspiracy if he's been doing it for the last few years. And it's alleged he first was in contact with Putin about all this in around 2012. And it's not just aiding a foreign nation. It's aiding a foreign nation to the detriment of your own. So in that case, it could still apply. It would be a glorious court case to watch, but the inevitable destabilisation of human civilisation may not be worth it.

I like the punishment for treason:
is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

So it's really running the gamut of possible punishments. :D

I don't think the US would ever convict their own President of treason for anything short of whipping off their Mission Impossible style facemask to reveal that they're Bin Laden alive and well because of the embarrassment it would cause, but one very much can commit treason before becoming POTUS, and being POTUS at a later stage (as Trump will be in 24 hours) doesn't really change that.

Unless I'm misinterpreting your post, it would be similar to robbing a jewelers, then using the money to buy said jewelers and if found out, trying to claim that as you now own of the jewelers you couldn't have robbed yourself.

Something like that, if he did anything that could technically be classed as treason, he would probably make an executive decision that renders it legitimate.
But once out of office, he'll be fair game for conviction.

Trump would have made Michael Jackson the Secretary of Pop had he not died.
