Kruger? EDIT: Ah, sorry, thought you said the east.

No not Kruger, that's the big one in the north east. It's one of the smaller ones.

Pretty sure I fractured my coccyx at the bottom of a collapsed maul yesterday. Anyone ever have that and know how long it takes to heal? I don't suppose there's much to be done to help it along.

Just imagine what would happen if you could put Munster's pack with Ulster's backline......

Correct: they'd lose to Leinster :pac:

We did Kariega which is about 40km from there. You're far better off doing the small game reserve instead of Kruger as a first time safari. You'll get to see most of the big 5 (probably not a leopard as they're elusive b*stards) and plenty of giraffes, hippos, antelope etc.

Very easily reached from Port Elizabeth if that's where you're flying out of afterwards. Be prepared for some early mornings though if the weather is hot. The animals hit the sack for the day to avoid the heat so the game drives go out around 6am.

Yea we were told there are usually 2 game drives per day, one around 5/6am and one around 3pm. Idea is to go on both.

We're flying out of port Elizabeth to Dubai aye.

Guess I'll be out of contention for the six nations. Good idea on the cushion.

We hired a car and drove around Kruger. Saw all kinds of stuff and went at our own pace. Most of the animals were visible around dawn

He has looked a little better of late. If Will Fuller had held a great pass in the 3rd that could have been a tied game going into the 4th. It was a simple catch too.

But his contract is absolutely insane. Was it $32m guaranteed for a bloke who had started 8 NFL games?!

And had been incredibly mediocre in them at that.

Rodgers just started very well. Gets a free play and throws a beaut for a TD.

Cowboys are in trouble. 14-3 down and their defense can't stop Rodgers.

Green bay in cruise control, very easy for them so far.

    Uncharted territory for Prescott.

    21-3 now.

Do the Cowboys have to abandon the running game given the score? Elliott has been phenomenal this year but they need scores fast.

Into Overtime. Do you have to curse every team I want to win?

EDIT: Not overtime, nearly did a thomond on it

Ah well at least the curse of thomond2006 has been defeated by a last second field goal

    NFL Spoiler

    Overtime you say? ;)

What a game! Almost a pity it didn't go to OT but a phenomenal last completion to set up the field goal.

Fantastic game. Cowboys completely shellshocked in the opening stages and took far too long to get going. I don't think the week off did them any good at all and Rodgers took advantage. Massive credit to his receivers who pulled in s. ome big catches and some pretty tricky ones too.

I would imagine the Falcons are quite pleased with that result. They get to keep their home field advantage and get a shoot out against the Packers rather than facing the power of the Cowboys. For the neutral, it's the best possible championship game. Both teams give up a glut of yardage from the pass. I'd make Falcons marginal favourites which would be more but the Packers have serious momentum now.

Steelers and Chiefs was as close as most thought. Bell is a freak of nature. RBs don't get season MVP awards but if they did he'd be a shoe in regardless of his suspension. The man is a revelation.

I'd love to see Quinn win the whole thing now with Atlanta. Then I'd love to see Seattle invest more than a fiver in its O-Line. Then I'd love to see a rematch in the NFC Championship game next season ;)

The funny thing about the last reception to set up the winning field goal was the Rams had cut the receiver in question Jared Cook. Oops.
I tried to watch Steelers/Chiefs this morning but just couldn't get into it. The Cowboys/Packers game took it out of me. Watching an NFL game through is a long slog.

GB@ATL is going to be a high score affair. The GB defense looked out on their feet by the end of the game and Atlanta's defense isn't hailed as anything much. Zeke Elliott and the OL really punished GB with their running game (5.7 yards per carry). Atlanta have two brilliant running backs in Freeman and Coleman who they rotate to keep both fresh. Julio Jones is a monster and I'd back him to get 100+ yards against that GB secondary. However Rodgers is playing at a inhuman level it's difficult to back against him.
