So they should put aside those two areas of controversy that seem to be causing so much distrust between Iran and the rest of the world.

Has Trump indicated he intends to do any of this or is this just something you personally hope he does?

No, although he did come out and say later he would accept it as long was the results were clear and there was no suspected funny business.

It was fixed in a way, at least with the media. The polls you could argue.

Uhm, to be clear, he said he'd accept it if he won.

Apparently his winning means obviously no funny business (well, he said he didn't care at that point), but anyone else winning means it was rigged.

That is a stupidly unwinnable argument. "If the coin comes up heads, it's rigged, if it comes up tails, I win."

    Dafuq?

I'll read into that information you posted up above though. But I had to point that out.

Look at it from realpolitik's, Pres Obama and EU foreign affairs chief Mogherini negotiated a settlement with the Iranians yet the turmoil in the region risks undermining this very agreement. Pres Trump may not have a chance to scupper relations with Iran as the media is already succeeding in pushing Syria, Iran & Russia closer together.

Media won't have to try Hard, Russia, Syria and Iran have been allies for a very long time. Their interests and the interests of the United States, Saudi Arabia and Israel are at odds with each other. Iran and Russia want to sell more ****e to Europe, Saudi Arabia doesn't want to lise customers. Assad blocked any pipeline coming from Saudi Arabia to Europe, but hasn't said he'd be against an Iranian effort.

Now, the "right" thing to do would be for Saudi Arabia to say fine so and go straight across the Mediterranean. But the trillion dollar arms industry isn't going to profit by figuring out how to transport oil and gas deep underwater.
Nor are Americas going to benefit if other countries no longer have to buy their currency, in order to buy resources.
I know it sounds way too simple to be the case. But it is.

I know we've gone through it several times by now in this thread over the past few months, but it's interesting to see it with examples.

The media is pushing them together? You think the media in your part of the world has that influence over the leaders of Syria Iran and Russia? Oh dear.

Is this the same media who's mean and nasty to poor trump? Sweet Jesus he doesn't have to even make up the narrative anymore. His supporters are doing it for him

Looks like Trump Plc are going to cash in on POTUS Ltd from day one. Fair play to them for cashing in straight away they mightn't make the four years so why waste time on makin' money...:)

The brothers Grimm set up a "foundation" that was selling access to them and pictures with Trumpski at $500k to $1m a pop. This was to happen on day one of his actual CEO'ship of POTUS Ltd.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/12/21/trump-sons-will-not-attend-high-dollar-fundraiser-that-raised-questions-about-access-peddling/?hpid=hp_hp-top-table-main_trumpsons-12pm%3Ahomepage%2Fstory&utm_term=.57ad85dfa173

There are too many scandals at the moment, I don't have time to put them all.

I'm telling all my American friends to leave the place if they can. This is just insane - imagine, oh, I dunno - Stephen Hawking vs. Pamela Anderson as candidates for a key scientific position. Who would Trump choose?

Ok so! let's get this straight going forward everything I read and post is Bull****. Even though it's from a newspaper that's has been reporting on politics for 140 years and is tripping over Pulitzer's.

But what you read is gospel? What you are saying its that for example is the WP is not as trust worthy as Breitbart....... And I'm guessing the reason why you believe this is because your Dear Leader Trumpski said so! As my mammy would say " if he told you to jump in the river, would you?" She would say this to me when i was child if my excuse for doing something was., "well he told me to do it"

Ebbsy would you also drink the coolaid if he told you so? :)

How long until he tries to make a vague threat to China over them at this rate? I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume it will at least be after his first day in office.

It's a great tweet. US proliferation until the world...what? Also expands their arsenals?

On a related point, he used the word 'its' correctly twice! Kudos. Maybe a staffer has taken over the account?

Actually, they may have taken it over part time a good while ago - http://www.cracked.com/blog/trump-writes-some-his-own-tweets-and-we-know-which-ones/

It's often quite clear which tweets are by Trump and which are by someone else. Noticed it a while back.

FFS. Did it really call them 'nukes?' Is it pointless for me to wonder when he's going to take this job seriously?

Nukes? What are they, some kind of snack? "TrumpCO's choco-nukes, now with a hidden surprise!"

Nukes... ghods save us all, he really will destroy the world.

Hey, trumplodytes... remind me again how Hilary would've been worse at this? The US can't expand its capacity because she sold all the Uranium to Russia, right? Oh wait... maybe that was just... a Republican squawking point, also known as a lie.

This sh!t is out of order though.

    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-38409836
An airline has thrown a passenger off a flight after he accosted Ivanka Trump, the eldest daughter of President-elect Donald Trump, on a plane from New York.

"Your father is ruining the country," the man shouted as the aircraft prepared for departure from JFK airport in New York, a passenger told TMZ.com.

Witnesses said Ms Trump ignored the man and distracted her children with toys.

Most people will refer to them as nukes in common conversation. You're really going to rag on him for speaking like the rest of us? I mean, the official term is, I believe, "special weapons"

nothing is out of order for the hysterical liberal PC nazi's who hate democratic results and are now left foaming at the mouth, instead of learning the lessons as to why so many people voted for Trump
