Can't you claim back the postage costs?

Yep they said if I scan a receipt they'll refund the postage cost, but it's still a PITA because you have to line up in the PO, pay the cost yourself, scan a receipt and email it to them.

Much easier attaching a prepaid label and dropping it in the shoot.

Oh agree 100% that its an absolute effort, but was responding back to Basq's post that he would be close to making a loss by posting it back

I'm sure (maybe not!) that people know they can use PM to return stuff.
Ive used it successfully to Dunfermline on several occasions.
A few screen shots of the cost and tracking on PM and I get a refund.

Hmmm.. so, my PerfectDrink doesn't seem to be play well with the CyanogenMod / OxygenOS on the OnePlusOne / OnePlusX respectively.

Was onto the support guys who said they're notorious of having issues with them.

Their Kindle app doesn't support the Wired Scale and their iOS software is 6.0+ only, and I've a iPad 1 capable of running iOS 5.1.1. Sh*t outta luck unfortunately! :(

I hope I'm not the only one who feels really out of touch after reading that! Like a different language to me! :D

Return to UK* without a prepaid label
    €14.50 €15.50 €16.50
I've recently returned a couple of items and the most they would reimburse me was 8£ :(

You need to contact them beforehand and then send the receipt

I got my Warehouse stuff yesterday. Some was bundled in with regular amazon stock, some shipped separately. One item was perfect, and mostly, the rest were just repackaged and sellotaped closed with no real damage to the item that I can see. But one was a book (delivered separately) that was very loosely packed in thin cardboard that left gaps at the corners and had clearly been through the mill after shipping. The shame is it looks like the book (a heavy hardback) would have been largely fine if not for the awful packaging. It has suffered from some bad dings and wallops. While it's possible they were there before, the packaging was the worst I've ever seen from Amazon. I'll go back to them and see what they say.

Just a heads up for those of you that signed up for Prime ahead of the Black Friday sales, don't forget to cancel your membership this week.

Go to "Your Account" -> "Manage Prime Membership" and click "Do not continue" on the LHS

Its free to a UK address so Parcel Motel/Wizard/Address Pal needs to be used for ROI delivery

Got the Megaboom, cost me €120.

For a fun waterproof speaker for pretty decent value it's good. Goes loud, has great battery life and it's nice being able to throw it anywhere and not worry about it. I already have the psyc monic and honestly the difference isn't much at all however the monic doesn't go as loud.

I think for €120 it's just about worth it.

Opens my boom 2. It was a sealed container and is pristine. For £66 it was a steal:)

No it doesnt, only on certain items.

Yes it does, Prime delivery is UK based only. ROI customers can get free delivery with a £25 or over spend that's nothing to do with prime

Anyone have any luck getting the £30 off £100 offer working? Emailed them yesterday about an item which I wanted that it wouldn't work for and they ignored that question. Made an order today of £113 and it didn't apply so got onto chat and after fiftenn minutes was told it was ineligible. I'd like to know what is eligible and how to browse it which seems impossible.

Try using this link to search for the stuff you want

The above link will let you search all the items included in the £30 off £100. To get to it manually you need to go to the main warehouse page and then click on the advert for the £30 off. If you're just searching from the main page you need to look at the buying options and it should have a £30 off note if included.

    See here

    Go to https://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazon-Warehouse-Deals/b?ie=UTF8&node=3581866031

Click on the image that says -£30 for any purchase over £100

That will list all the items. Fairly limited though

Depends on what Amazon Cust Rep you get. See attached from my saved transcript
"I've checked about this and it seems that,
03:23 PM GMT John: It seems that, since your order cost is above £100, I'll now make an exception and apply this £30 promotional discount for your order"
    Sweet 😉

I could not edit the OP because it was a few days old, so I added it here. Admittedly hard to see between all of the other posts. But it was mentioned.

So people are just spending 100 pounds on anything then asking for the 30 off from the customer service reps? Or they bought from the above link and then asked because it should have been applied?

Anybody still waiting on a warehouse deal delivery? Made three orders within a three day period, first one arrived (wrong sized trousers) over ten days ago.
Contacted Amazon re the other two, they admitted that one was 'lost' and they couldn't track it, gave me a refund on the warehouse deal item and a £5 gift card sending me the other item. I asked might they replace the deal like for like but they said not on a warehouse deal. Other package is with UPS and until they report it lost/delayed, I'll have to wait, it's showing present in a depot in Surrey for a while now.
Anyone else experiencing delays, plus what happens if once reported lost the item turns up. Actually as I was writing this post the replacement part of the 'lost' order has arrived which doesn't bode well for the original package.
