That would be interesting. On one hand, the man is 70. There's not much many 70 year olds can do with today's more tech based markets. Insulting people on the Internet is unfortunately not a marketable skill..
But the younger brains given full control of the ship might do better.

Or worse. Most young people just do worse...

Clintons. They're a a family. A syndicate. A dynasty, just like the Bush oil family (who by the way, they're actually quite friendly with ;) ) Right now it's Hillary. Same snake, different head.
And when you've got lots of money, other plebs do your dirty work, not you.

    Wrong. (get it ?)

Comparing them to the Bush family is completely wrong, as they're nothing alike (if you look at the family history). George W Bush's grandfather was a powerful politician and businessman, so that family is definitely a political and business dynasty. The Clintons (both Bill and Hillary) had parents who were normal to mid-level blue-collar Americans, and made their own wealth and power.

And Trump is/was also friendly with the Clintons, which was visible right after he won when he decided not to jail her (as if he has that power) etc. She was also present at his third wedding.

Sticking to 'Well, they had others who did it for them' is unfortunately not proof that Hillary is involved in killing people.

Unless it is a blind trust it is still bull. How will he react when they ask him to lay off Saudi to ensure those nice new hotels don't go downhill?

If it is a blind trust then sure it is exactly what every other president has done. Well done he will have nearly met the basic standard. He makes a big deal of it not being legally required to imply falsely that it isn't expected.

Trump won, his supporters need to deal with it and get over it. He is and will be the centre of scrutiny.

If he stocks his cabinet with gay hating rich racists then that will no doubt have a negative impact on those groups in the US civilization, if they push through their backwards ideologies in politics. Which, let's be honest is a very realistic prospect.

So if for example you have his VP who is pro-conversion shock therapy then it's completely normal for gay people to worry about that, as it could prove to be a massive step back in their fight for equal rights.

So it's actually highly important, unless you think that only their international politics matter.

Russia isn't like these countries, it's much bigger, and much more powerful.

Russia has a population of 143 million people.

I think people tend to remember the power that the old soviet union used to project but modern russia is different.

It's kind of ironic given how much they try to blanket people on the left (and indeed even centre) over it, but truth is the far right really do love to see themselves as victims, poor little delicate snowflakes that they are.

143 million tired, fed up people who's history is very different to ours. Ask most Russians and they'll tell you that while the Soviet Collapse was a good thing, it happened over a deal struck between the Americans and oil producing countries to sell oil cheaper than Russia could produce it, demand dollars for it and in exchange they reciev unlimited American military protection and "freind and ally" status.
Russia lost the one money line it had and promptly collapsed under it's own weight.

The same moves are being made again, because those pesky Russian are getting more competitive again.
You honestly think they're going to take this a second time?

They're not important, and the reason they're not is because in a conflict they're many times less important still. And a conflict will happen unless something changes in the RIGHT areas.
Nobody in a warzone is concerned with wich bathroom they're allowed to piss in. Probably because they've both been leveled, they're just happy they weren't there arguing at the time....

It really is that simple and it's blowing my mind that so few of you can see it.

So the Soviet Union collapsed because of a deal with the Yanks and the oil producing countries ?

Holy ****balls read a book please.

What the rest of your post has to do with equal rights for everyone in a country, I don't know. So because there is a war in some countries American gays, poor people, blacks,... shouldn't complain if they feel worried about their president-elect ? What kind of ****ed up mentality is that ?

The USSR was a resource exporter. If nobody wanted their resources (mainly because they could save a fortune elsewhere) the USSR goes bye bye. I don't really like the sound of my own voice as much as other people do, which is why my explanations tend to be more "to the point".
The point here is the Russians lost because the Americans were clevererer... One way or another, the Federation isn't going to let it happen again sitting down.

Everything. It has everything. I'm not going to tire of saying that. Now if someone was running with a chance at the Whitehouse who had both a view to stopping international conflict escalation and furthering everybody's rights, then that would have been wonderful. Sadly this is the real world and the choice was between - to put it very simply - more gay parades and bombs, or less gay parades and bombs.

I choose less bombs, the price of which I believe is unfortunately worth paying.

Sooo...what you're saying, Renegade Mechanic, is that the civil rights and liberties of gays, women, blacks, Muslims, Native Americans and any other minorities don't matter to -you-. Unsurprisingly, they matter to other people. Particularly people who fall into one or more of the categories above.

Trump is president. That means that his domestic policies and who he appoints to carry out domestic policy are -pretty fcuking important-.

I'm going to go out on a wild limb and guess that you are probably not one of the majority of the population (which, yes, is made up of so-called "minorities".) Aren't you special.
