 You won't be disappointed with the order either, they pack well their bottles are good quality. Only the wide openings are a pain for scale/weight mixers, handy to have syringes about for them.

 I stopped using it completely as I found it gives a kind of musty cheese taste to some mixes. There's nothing actually sweet about it. Better to use Bavarian cream, Vienna cream or Cream fresh. But if it's the only cream you got for now, I'd drop it to 2% at most. Pie crust is fine at 1%, wouldn't go any higher or you get a burnt crust taste.
