    I wonder if he was Arabic. A lot of arabic guys are genuinely kid-obsessed, in a non-sinister way. Their culture adores kids.

    We're a bit too culturally paranoid about this. Nobody would bat an eyelid if a woman was taking those pictures.

    In fairness, if someone is sick enough to be attracted to a toddler in the street, they can just google "toddler in the street".

    Why would you risk taking a picture?

    That English one looking for the Irish passport seemed astounded that a husband and wife would have to queue up in separate queues at the passport lines in an airport. When the husband and wife are from different countries, it's not that bloody extraordinary.
