Meanwhile, the ocean of salt from lefties in the media and on the internet is fun to watch.

Cenk Ugyur worried the Era of Politeness has now gone. Last nights meltdown was a hoot to watch and I'm speaking as fan of the Young Turks :pac: .

2016 shall be remembered as the post-fact age of stupidity.

I guess Jesus was right when he said "blessed are the morons, for they shall inherit the earth".

What existed before was not working and it was Hillary who was accusing the Russians of hacking. She was the diplomat in all this. America's foreign policy is bogus and Hillary siding with the most corrupt and sinister countries in the world did not do her campaign well at all.

Hillary accused them..... I guess she just made it up and didn't go on the fact that 10+ intelligence agencies that said Russia had done it first.

Why would you think John Oliver would backtrack on what he said about Trump?

Any chance that his residency could be reviewed.
After all he is an immigrant.
That's overly-simplistic. If someone acts in a racist, sexist, fascist way, it's not entirely unreasonable to guess at least some of their supporters feel the same way.

It's not like we're talking about two different football teams or something here. You can look at a lot of what Trump and some of his supporters have said, and the racism, sexism, and fascism is there to see.

Well so far today one poster labelled all women (40 odd % of them) that voted for Trump as sexists.

And everyone of course knows that anyone that doesn't want economic migrants and criminals just turning up illegally in ones country are of course racists and fascists these days.
The fact that Gary Johnson received 4,024,802 votes cast should show that Trump winning is no surprise really. A lunatic libertarian who doesn't even know that Allepo is the capital of Syria received 3% of votes.

Allepo is not and has never been the capital of Syria.
It is Syria's or probably rather was Syria's largest city, but that does not make it the capital.

    Are you libertarian as well?

Beware of straying into fascism. You can't stop other people from expressing themselves, by crying out how offended and triggered you are, just because you don't like what they're saying .

That is not fascism....... Seriously, your just as bad as the caricature your complaining about.

John Podesta the dodgy Clinton aide who's name crops up in the wikileaks emails time and time again and was trending on twitter for attending spirit cooking parties seems to be all over the TV today. The optics are not good. And perhaps part of the reason people turned away from Hillary.

You have no clue as to the nuances of their relationship. In any event it has no bearing on anything of interest to the public. I'm not sure of the relevance of the 2nd wife reference. Is divorce a stick to beat people with? It's a rather unpleasant business for all concerned, and I suspect anyone who has been through it would not make such a comment. It shouldn't be shamed.

It's funny, when it's Trumps wife it's ok to have a pop at the relatively weak English of the immigrant!

Who cares about how nice Obama was to his wife! Their phoney way of managing their public image was beyond the pale. He was a particularly big fan of using his social media to publicise his happy perfect marriage to the world. He took a lot of dignity out of the role in his time in it!

Fortunately they elect the person on the strength of their credentials for the role, not a judgement of their marriages!

A man who uses the kind of language he does about women, who is married but takes another woman to a party as his girlfriend and abandons that girlfriend at the party to pursue another woman is not someone who I can use as an example to my son as how one demonstrates respect to ones partner.

Calling all of his supporters homophobic KKK-loving misogynist Nazi racist rapists was being polite?

I don't see a big deal. All politicians say this and that to get in but then sing a different tune when elected.

The way some Americans were going on was that they just elected Hitler of 1939 era.

The simple fact that the new president said that it's ok to grab a woman by the pussy is scary. The fecker admitted to sexual assault and still got voted in.

Far politer than Trump and his supporters ;), as some of them actually were you know KKK.

    Now speaking of the KKK:
Former KKK leader David Duke: 'We won it for Donald Trump'

Its not even close. Sorry, but its absurd to even compare the 2. Its just another form of political correctness, just for right wing views.

If Trump get to talk the way he does, then so does everyone else. Its not fascism, its the other guy exercising free speech. If the right wing special snowflakes can't handle it, then tough, thats the real world.

we know nothing of the sort. what we do know is that for a number, it's not about people coming illegally, it's about the fact they're are non whites and foreigners full stop. all western countries have some sort of system to deal with those illegally coming to the country, and even at that no matter how well funded and resourced they're will always be a few who slip through the cracks. america are never going to be able to round up and deport every single illegal immigrant the country would be bankrupt in a day.

I'm very highly educated. I know words, i have the best words, nobody has better words then me.

Except he wants to rip up the agreement with Iran so they might get a nuke pretty soon. If they get near it then he'll probably attack.

As for Russia. They've been given carte blanch to do whatever they want in Ukraine. And they might decide they want bits of Estonia too. Trump has said he doesn't want to see the US involved in NATO to the extent they currently, so if Russia decides they want a part of the EU then what's to stop them?

They do care when women came forward and said he actually touched their vagina.

    This is a criminal offense.

But of course we live in rape culture, and it's out in force again.

Would you like to be a woman in this world?

I know this was posted hours ago but you need to get a grip of yourself. ''Of course we live in rape culture''. Who's we? Unless you live in some backwards caste system in India, no we don't. You sound like either a parody at this stage with your Let's Uprise mantra and your hashtags or more likely, a delusional college student. Either way, you're embarrassing yourself.

Look at this. Wouldn't it just make you sick.

    http://mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSR4N1D800D

That's tyrant, dictator, criminal and warmonger Vladimir Putin talking about restoring relations with the US while his country still illegally occupies Ukrainian soil.

I'm not optimistic about Trump but I hope he's half the strong man he claims to be and makes those words turn to ash in Putin's mouth.

He didn't say that. He said they let him grab them by the pussy. As he is a billionaire I would not be surprised if it is true.

    http://www.irishtimes.com/news/world/us/una-mullally-failed-by-white-women-the-undoing-of-hillary-clinton-1.2861454

According to the Irish Times we're to blame men that Women didn't vote for a Woman, and she was put under undue scrutiny due to being a woman. Right.

'Female trailblazers like Clinton are held to higher standards and come under more scrutiny than their male counterparts. But it was felt that perhaps if she could break that glass ceiling, we would be on our way. Instead the ceiling remains, stifling, suffocating, mocking.'

    Christ.
