    Simple solution to last caller, put him on prepay, and if he can't be bothered to meet you at set place at set time, let him get his own way home, he won't be long copping on

    I know "someone" who's a doctor. She declared her mudder insane (wit her mudder's approval btw) so to speak in order to get planning permission on her mudder's land and thus circumvent the ridiculous planning laws in Meath so to speak (they're blow ins).
