She has been connected with Anthony Weiner a suspected paedophile. That will do her campaign no good.

I am so looking forward to Julian Assange dropping the fatal blow this week. Bring it on.

Trump is in court soon on suspicion of raping a 13 year old, doesn't that make him a suspected paedophile too?

Rutherford B Hayes? Look up the Presidential race of 1876 if you want to see a truly rigged election!

Also thread needs poll. Hard to sort through everyone's predictions. Would be good for people to clearly outline their predicted winner and margin of victory in terms of electoral college votes won.

Clinton will probably make it at this stage. Unless something dramatic is found in the "mother lode". But essentially she is damaged goods and a lame duck as the email thing could drag on into her presidency. It's s measure of how ****ed up the Dems and Reps are that these two are the best on offer; for anyone who thinks alienation from establishment politics has no basis look at the situation. People are desperately turning to Trump and those who regard him with horror can only turn to Clinton.

I reckon a lot of people are sick of the passivity they are being reduced to by politics they and policies they never got to vote on. Brexit angst is real and not limited to the U.K.

It is a civil case not a criminal one. Just some gold digger looking for money.

That's some mighty fine victim blaming there Fred, Not even heard a shred of evidence and you have already decided that Trump is innocent and the alleged victim is nothing but a gold digger

Trump should win, neither are great candidates but Hillary is a disgrace and will probably edge it due to the female vote. Imagine voting for a person simply because she's a woman. She's as corrupt as they come.

If there was any truth to the story, state and federal law enforcement would be dealing with it. A civil case is only about money.

But its alleged to have happened on an island in the Caribbean right? There would be no juristiction for a state or federal criminal case from the US?

I've wanted Trump to win from day one simply because the entire concept is ludicrous and he won't be able to do anything dangerous anyway once in power.

The scandals about him have been fairly harmless but up until last week I thought they had done too much damage to his campaign and Hillary was a shoe in.

Now, after Hillary being outed as being ropey as ****, I reckon we are actually going to see President Donald J Trump.

I would have thought the opposite. Clinton would just be a puppet for corporate America and can't do too much damage. Trump would be a lot more dangerous with his huge wealth. It's a lose/lose whichever of them get in.

The whole election is a farce and just sums up corporate US for what it is.

Ireland. I didn't know that. are you saying State law enforcement can get involved in something overseas? Which State would it be?

Edit: Looks like it is alleged in New York and not that island, I mis-remembered

Oh yes I'll definitely believe Richard Branson who obviously doesn't have a stake in the outcome.

"according to Politifact" give me a break. Politifact are ridiculously biased and have credibility whatsoever.

That is the tip of the iceberg.. do you really want me to go into this?

Just yesterday Trump said Clinton would allow over 650 million immigrants in, that's double the population of the US

He repeats these kind of quack claims day in, day out. No basis, no evidence.. just populist whataboutery, and it's lapped up by low-information voters

Any decent democratic opponent would be leading him by at least 15 points at this stage

    Clinton by a comfortable margin.

I presume that is based on her support for a common travel and work area in the whole of North and South America.

Ultimately this is on the American people

Professor Allan J Pitchman of American University who has predicted every Presidential election since 1984 believes Trump will win.

He bases his prediction on the pattern of every election since the 1860.

He uses 13 keys as the basis of his prediction.

    who?

I love how, before elections, there is always some character wheeled out who we somehow have never heard of before, and who has correctly predicted every election for the last two hundred years using some super formula.

Sanders would be a 80% or something win if he were in it.

Hillary is 98.3% to win at the moment.

Trump will easily win for the following reasons...
    • Some Americans will not vote for Clinton simply because she's a woman
    • Clinton supports gun control, Trump does not
    • Trump has built a massive business and these skills would make him a better leader than Clinton
    • Previous non voters will come out in force to vote for Trump being the anti establishment candidate, similar to what happened for the Brexit vote.
    • Clinton has been in governments while the country has gone to the dogs
    • The email scandal will give a few votes to Trump

I've seen this over my Facebook and Reddit today..

This isn't the church or some shlt. He has been a billionaire the entire time, she turned 18 in 1999 and she's waited until the age of 35 to sue him?

I hate Hillary and was in New York when I was 12.. The Clintons were actually in NY when I was there. Should I sue her for rape and have people like you say it's true so she doesn't win?

Imagine voting for a person simply because they're NOT a woman. Millions are going to vote for Trump for that reason alone.

In first with 'I think Trump will win'. I have a feeling in me waters :)

Paul craig Roberts thinks that Trump will win too but that the election will be stolen in favour of Clinton. Apparently Trump rallies are "sell out" events whereas Clinton can barely half fill the auditoriums. Check it out:

Didn't some computer algorithm that was previously extremely accurate predict a Trump win as well?

I see a lot of his popularity being down to people wanting to give two fingers to the establishment. His own party have abandoned him and Clinton is the definition of career politician (with all the dodgy stuff that entails)
