Still finding it hard to get eggs. At one stage today I had one egg in my bag, in an incubator, and 4 incubators sitting unused Just out of eggs again, so another pokestop run tomorrow.

Again, same as that, I had one egg in the infinity and no other egg on the go!
Was out in Bull island, got nowt exciting! Literally as I left my apt to head to bullisalnd, I hatched a charmander, now have enough candies to complete the available dex!
Will be a struggle to keep playing after this event is over I think

Just hatched my first 10K of the event, kabuto, which is kinda disappointing but enough candy to evolve so I won't complain

I'm lv 31, so he has an awful lot of buffing to do to catch up to the rest of my mons, but Charizard is more for attacking gyms than defending, so lower cp is fine.

Since Thursday I've gone from 46 Bulbasaur candy to 131, 3 Grimer candy to 61. I've walked and hatched 94 eggs in that period (no lie). So I can complete my pokedex but I still haven't got a decent Grimer to evolve!!
I'm now up to 960 eggs hatched with no Grimer from one

It has to happen eventually, right?

Trainer tips did a video about 10-12 days ago which linked to a website that had collated 1000s of egg hatch data.
Grimer and Lickitung being the rarest of the 5km hatches.

Yeah, I contribute to the site, it's actually Grimer and Koffing that are the rarest 5kms. Still though, when you hatched as many 5kms as I have (estimate about 550-600) you'd expect at least one

Just evolved my Venusaur, vine whip and solar beam, so very happy with that. Just Muk left now.

Caught a CP35 Muk back in early August before I had Grimer!

I've had two Koffing from the 5km egg, but it's been a long time since I last got one. I've had at least two of everything else from the 5km egg.

Have hatched some rubbish today and the kid has picked up 4 10km eggs today alone, and all I keep getting are 5kms from the same stops. Turned out to be worth it in the end though, finally got this guy

Mate showed me a screenshot. He nabbed a gym in the US the other day. He popped a Mr.Mime into it and a FarFetched was put in just after that. Only held it for less than an hour but it must have wrecked some heads over there!

What are people doing with the buddy bonus?
Im going for the low hanging rare fruit. Trying for the easy evolves to cross off the new pokemon.
I need 98 candy for Charizard so just ignoring him! Only ever seen 6 since game start.
Needed 10 each to evolve Raichu and Dutrio so those are my current targets. Already got enough for Machamp. After that it will be Abra candys for Alakazam.

I assume I'll see the odd Dratini so I can count on eventually getting a Dragonite organically. Bulba and Squirtle candy can be walked eventually.
Thats my plan to get the last 8 gaps.

EDIT; Just for statistical purposes, I have hatched 321 eggs.

Jesus, 960 eggs and no grimer.... That's mental! I'm at 650 hatched and still no snorlax! Other half is o about 260 hatches and has hatched at least three of them, if not four! I doth despair

Grimer and Mr Mime are the only two I've not had from an egg (not that I want the latter from a 10km egg). I've had 3 Snorlax from 66 10km eggs, but two of those are only in the last 2 weeks, I got the first pretty early on. Only ever had the one Lapras, and one Hitmonlee aswell.

Got enough candy for my second Dragonite. 88% IV powered up to 2700 with Hyperbeam. Strongest 'mon at the minute.

I went for Bulbasaur to start and got enough candy with the help of three Bulbasaur egg hatches, switched to Grimer and worked my way up to 65 candy. I've switched back to Charmander now as I want to either max out the one Charizard I have or eventually get a second one.

I'm also going for low-hanging fruit. I've enough now for an Exeggutor as a result of the bonus (was on 37 candies previously) and I'm walking with Clefairy now, as I've only ever caught 2, so I've gone from 6 to 18 candies. Once I have my Clefable, I'm on to Sandshrew and then I'd say the event will be up.
