What's also worth noting is the overall dreadful handling of all those vehicles at quite a low speed.
You can see where the electronic stability measures intervene, or where the chassis has been biased toward severe understeer for safe/predictable handling.

No amount of electronics can fix physics.

Actually, I think it is a feature of particular cars, theres a large dollop of "watch this!" present on many Tesla videos on youtube and theres a large amount of showing off involved with being the first off their mates to have an electric car with rapid acceleration and launch control.

I hope I'm wrong, but I expect I'm not.

Wouldn't like to be in either of those cars in the event of another accident.

It can be expensive to forget to park in gear/parking brake.
