Same incident, the BMW in your vid looks to have been totally obliterated, the yellow megane with the unique black markings can be seen along the barrier.

That's a great yoke they have for stealing petrol and another for cutting out cats, I could see a black market over here for them;)

That video was shown before. I think those cars were taken/bought back under the Lemon Law in the US to be recycled.
