The bug seems to be server related, maybe the distance tracking with the device and new 'Buddy Limits' weren't tallying up....

Either way no official announcement just yet !

Still reports of at least two Pokemon (mainly Weedle) freezing the App requiring relaunch.

Got exeggcute as my buddy and 20 candies to go to evolve. Then going to do Squirtle and if I get time, Gloom. Hatched an eevee out of a 10k egg which was a bit disappointing BUT it gave enough candies to evolve and I finally got another vaporeon! 95% IV and hydropump!

Someone dropped a lure across the road from me. Looks like the Halloween event is affecting them too. First up, Cubone, second, Meowth.

I evolved my first Gengar about an hour before I saw the announcement of all this. Was raging this morning that if I'd waited I could have evolved a much better Haunter. But after a lunchtime of getting 80 candies, I'm not so bothered anymore.

And I'm walking my Charamander. I might switch to Pikachu before the week is out, even if I don't get enough.

Did another Green Park run at lunch. Started with 35 Charmander candy, finished with 105 and I have a high IV Charmeleon ready to evolve. It's insane there at the moment, dozens of people out catching them! Also caught loads of Cubone there as that's ready to evolve at my next lucky egg run.

Ponyta has 10 candies left as my buddy so afterwards I might swap him for Kabuto or Squirtle.

Finally, got 2 10k eggs on the go now, both acquired yesterday!

I've a total of ten revolvable left, including Diglett who has about 4km left.

Geodude with 10k is next, then it's a big jump to rhyhorn at 20 and Abra at 26. More chance of catching an Abra in general though. After that it's from 35 to 90 km per evolve so if l get three more I'll be happy. I could fluke a decent egg hatch though.

Hatched 2 Ponytas in a row today, taking my candies from nowhere to enough to evolve. Good stuff happening everywhere it seems. Now if only my 2km eggs get me Charamanders, Pikachus or Squirtles.

Green Park should be on fire with all of them flaming tails! They are EVERYWHERE there all day long.
Elsewhere appears to be ALL Cubone!

It seems a little bit quieter around my house, but now instead of Rattata and Drowzee I have Meowth and and Cubone/Gastly. The second two seem to happen every second hour around xx:59 while Meowth seems to arrive once per hour at xx:05. Works over soon so I should be able wander down to my local, which has the benefits of two lures

It's way more than 4 at a time, and it's an easy park to stroll around and catch them. Hyde Park is nearby too and that usually has good yields of pokemon, just more spread out.

yeah have seen 6/7/8 on any one scan too. Obviously more will spawn if there for for more than 10/15 minutes.

Hyde Park seems to be a magmar nest.
