Kangaskhan is region exclusive to Australia, Tauros to N. America, and Farfetch'd to Asia (Mr. Mime for us). They can't be hatched here unless the egg was collected from one of those regions.

There have been rumours that there will be trading in the future so hold on to your Mr. Mimes for trading with other regions.

Was thinking there were way more gastlies than normal and caught only my 3rd cubone in the wild only for about 7 more to appear. Then I remembered the event.

I got three Meowths on the way to work and thought I was lucky because they weren't mentioned as part of the event. Oh well, just meant I was able to evolve Persian quicker.

I've already got 7 candies for Charmander this morning by walking him nearly to 3km yesterday and the rest this morning.

I also went on a transfer cull of Weedles, Pidgeys, etc. to take advantage of the double transfer candies.

This event has really stimulated the game again for me, despite the abundance of crappy pokemon for it.

I wonder will the trading actually work as trading internationally though? I wonder if it may be implemented as trading between players within each others radius, like using the cable on the old gameboys? It would be chappy if that's what happens but I wouldn't be surprised either.

Yes, got 39 candies from a 5km egg with a NidoranM this morning. Hatched 2 other 5km eggs but don't remember their exact candy values, definitely over 20 though.

I hatched a geodude from a 2k this morning. Not sure exactly how much candy I got but it was a lot.

I love this event too, I just hatched a Machop, double candy, the weekends walking just got significantly less

2 2k eggs this morning 1 charmander 1 bulbasaur took me to over 50 candies for both , an exeggcute with 48 candies got me a beast of an exeggutor with solar beam and to top it off just hatched a Snorlax 2,100 cp with earthquake and 40 candies to boost the sh!t out of it.

that's without the 6 Marrowhack i've caught having never had one , kept the best of the bunch so far 1150 cp (power it up to just over 1200) with rock smash and earthquake , will be a handy man for taking softer gyms and training.

Still a ways to go on my Dragonair walking though up to 32 candies after my walk into work this morning , hoping to get it done by Sunday

Wish it told you how many candies you were getting on egg hatches, I can never remember how many I had! Have 6 Dratini candies since this morning though, and hope to have another 4 or 5 by the end of the day.

I haven't even seen one today

I'm also waiting on more candies to evolve a Grimer to a Muk. I didn't think Grimers were going to be part of the increased spawn rate though or are you asking just in case?

I've gone one further. I find the distance to walk with a buddy (e.g. 20 candies at 3km = 60km) and the distance I've already walked (e.g. 200km) and number I've caught/hatched (e.g. 10) and work out the rate at which I expect to catch enough in the wild (20 candies is 5 catches which should take 100km). The higher the ratio of catching walking distance to buddy walking distance (1.6 in this example), the more likely I should use them as a buddy.

My Charmander is the highest at 19.6. Nidoran (f) is lowest at 0.6.

Replaced by Drowzee globally I think. I saw a caterpie, a rattata and a couple of Pidgees. And a million Gastlies.

This Halloween thing is sort of annoying. I evolved my first marowak about 3 days ago. Caught about 5 cubone and 1 marowak this morning already. And an egg hatched and I get a fúcking cubone.
Same with meowths, catching loads and I hatch a meowth.

What are people buddying with? Assume it's something you rarely see? I'm going with a machop
