Stones and Bolasie to Vertongen and Snod for a hit? Have Lukaku and Puncheon.

Or Rose/Walker and Fer? I'll step away.

Im sticking with Stones on the basis they gotta get it right soon.

Anyone tempted to get a Stoke player in based on there next 3 gameweeks?

Absolutely. I was just waiting for this weekends fixture to be over. I'll be getting one of their defenders.

Could you do it for free?

Not now as I've already shipped Baines out.

Imagine if Walcott was to get injured in either of the 2 games he will be playing before the next game week in 2 weeks time ...............he is fairly resilient though never injured so no worries there :D

You are dead right. I still took the risk though.

Unless Kompany gets a calf and groin transplant and makes a miraculous recovery, I'd be getting rid of Stones (although they have decent enough fixtures coming up) they just seem incapable of keeping cleansheets.

Can't imagine many volunteers for the old groin transplant... :P

    Foster--Pickford

    Amat--Valencia--Baines--Friend--Holebas

    Sanchez--Sterling--Firmino--Capoue--Fletcher

    Aguero--Benteke--Lukaku

2 FTs £0.7 itb. Thinking of Baines/Valencia out and upgrading Capoue, who has predictably gone to sh1te since I brought him in.

I'd keep Stones they have soft fixtures. Bolasie to Snodgrass makes sense. I wouldn't bother taking the hit for Vertongen/Stones, I'm sure clean sheet odds would be better for City over next 2 games than Spurs... definitely not enough to justify a hit.

Capoue to Snodgrass, Valencia to Rose or Bertrand (if you can't afford Rose).

Are you making moves tonight? Seems like there's a few taking -4s/-8s.
I must admit that before this GW I was envious of some TVs. Some good players in a monet league I'm in had 13 transfers done and 2M budget better than me and still on similar rank (well 20pts..) Everyone has their own style.
I just had enough money to do Souare/Cazorla/Ibra to Nyom/Son/Kun(Sounds like a Korean rap star) and going to take a break from the game for a while.

    2 FT. Brought in:

    Aguero > Ibra
    Son > Mirallas
    Walcott > Hazard

for a -4. Next week it's out with Redmond!

i made a gw points profit on a -16 once. risky, and certainly not to be advised to make a habit of monster hits, but it can work out!

I think it was you or dahat from last year that is giving me encouragement for it :)

I'm tempted to make more transfers despite having done Antonio>Son for what I had ITB.

    Heaton/Jaku
    Baines Walker Evans Amat
    Son Sanchez Sterling Capoue Milner
    Aguero Benteke Lukaku
Heaton/Jaku and Baines are irritating me. I'm currently sat on 390 points. Would rather have Chadli or other alternative to Sterling also.

Maybe Firmino? He's created the most chances for Liverpool this season and they're in good form

you're in pretty good shape in fairness. enjoy the int'l break and assess things closer to the deadline. Snodgrass is a good cheap option for a number of gw's going forward, Chadli looks good too tho WBA's immediate fixtures aren't great so you can probably afford to wait on that one. Liverpool mids is a bit of a lottery but Milner is certainly doing alright as things stand as peno taker - i'd expect the frequency of Liverpool pens to slow a little, but i also expect they'll get more pens than most other teams just by virtue of their style of play and the players they have

I'm currently looking at options to replace Capoue as my 5th midfielder, to free up some funds to strengthen elsewhere.

At 4.4 I could have Hojbjerg, de Roon or Flecther. It's not the most important decision I'll make all season but still...
Flecther seems the most nailed on going by minutes played so far. Himself and Hojbjerg seem more likely to pick up a clean sheet point than de Roon.

I made the same transfer (Capoue to Fletcher). I was tempted by Carrick for 4.3 but in the case of an injury or suspension it's a nice insurance policy to have Fletcher there to come on for typically 2-3 points.

I think Lukaku was an injury doubt before the break and he's travelled to Gibraltar as far as I know, hopefully gets some game time and is back for the weekend.

I like De Roon out of those 3 - seems the most likely of those to pop up with a goal or assist.

Brought in aguero for Ibra at the start of the week because I didn't have any spare money . Now he's a doubt.. broke the golden rule of making a transfer before an international break

Benteke on the ball tonight. He could do some damage to James Collins, erm I mean West Ham.

Thinking of swapping McAuley for Robertson (Hull)

Hull have a nice run of games ahead but will they be able to keep any clean sheets?
