    Barkley, Collins and Redmond out.
    Only one transfer...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,367 ✭✭✭Porthallian

Pulisball has one more chance to change my mind.
Double up of Foster and McAuley has been a fail.
Plus they're fixtures wouldn't inspire confidence.

Lukaku -> Zlatan unless he performs this week

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 458 ✭✭Xaniaj

Probably do my third -4 in a row to finally sort my horrible, horrible WC! Will wait until later in the week though before making any decisions

    Sell all the defenders
    Buy all the defenders
    Sell Bolasie

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,807 ✭✭✭q2ice

Think I am getting too addicted to FPL
Have already decided my transfer before a ball was even kicked. And the next 2/3 transfers after that.

    McAuley out for Cameron.
WBA fixtures are a nightmare and Stoke are getting their first kind run. Plus it will free up 0.3 to finance the next transfers. Might wait first to see if Cameron goes down in price. Unlikely but you never know.

Mirallas for a start. Unless he comes off the bench and tears it up.

If I were to order them I'd go:
    Mirrallas (lost place to Cleverly)
    McAuley (poor form, worse fixtures)
    Stones (City have 1 cs)
    Williams (Playing City away)
Antonio (West Ham are poison but he is their shining light)

I reckon I could be doing a -8 and maybe a -12 this gw. I'm set up for 433 and need to change the structure of my team. Clean sheets are so thin on the ground this season.

I'd agree with that, Mirallis was a punt that has hung around too long tbh.

Bolasie looks far more dangerous. He's still on my watch list.

With Lukaku I have decided to run with one offensive player from Everton.

Finding a suitable replacement for Mirallis will be tough with limited budget.

    Snodgrass, Chadli or Spacecraft maybe

Might get Benteke in for Ibra to free up some cash.

Would a certain Mr Walcott fit the bill perhaps?

Already have Sancreed, possible overkill? Can't be any worse than Lukaku & Mirallis though...

    Goodbye Barkley. Hello Walcott.

Will have to suffer for a week or so watching their prices go down and up respectively but transferring so early in an international break isn't the done thing. Hell, it's not even Saturday.

I have Sanchez too so it's a dilemma for sure. Their next few games after this week are hard to ignore: Swa(H), Mid(H), Sun(A). Walcott's played over 60 mins in all their games too so far. I'm usually reluctant to double up on teams in my front 8 as I like to keep things balanced, but Walcott's recent form is making me reconsider.

Those are nice fixtures to double up on (nearly convinced).

Holtgate out and Smith in done. Looking like .2 swing there if not done tonight. Probably Hazard to ?? also

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,502 ✭✭✭spock.

I really want Coleman in my team, he was playing like a winger yesterday. Will have to wait until after they play City though so hoping to bank this week (injury permitting)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,810 ✭✭✭✭jimmii

Thinking Antonio & Redmond > Theo & Snodgrass.

Who doesn't just love owning Theo! Given its GW8 I am expecting a nice haul from him. GW8 has given us so much the last two years fingers crossed it continues!

    It's Theo time :)

    Lovren out for someone cheaper

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,962 ✭✭✭Hogey007

Banked my transfer last week & barring anything drastic tomorrow from ibra I'll likely free up funds there. Possibly Rashford or Austin. Then Walcott in for capoue or fletcher.
Kinda regretting going with capoue as 4th mid. (I save an extra .5 on keeping fletcher over capoue so will probably do that as I never intend using 5th mid so not point in keeping. 5 on the bench)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,390 ✭✭✭COH

    Lovren > anyone else

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,528 ✭✭✭✭dsmythy

    2FT

Mirallas will be moved on. If Zlatan blanks will have to shift him to avoid the continued drop. Mirallas could be upgraded to big midfielder then. But international week so will try be as late as possible with all transfers depending on how nuts people go in the buy and sell.

Collins to someone or just bank it is my thinking at the moment

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,084 ✭✭✭kevthegaff

    Lukaku or ibr a out??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,562 ✭✭✭✭Tauriel

    Shaw to Bellerin

I've only three fit defenders at the moment, so I'm going to give my defence some tlc in the next GW

I think Ibra needs to go. He was unlucky today but he's not pulling his weight considering he's 11+ mil.

Yeah he was unlucky today and against Leicester to not have a double digit score in both but with Liverpool and Chelsea away next and a lot of good strikers to free up funds I'll be transferring him out for now. Likely to drop in price too.

Yeah he hasn't really lived up to the price, I have Ibra,Kun and Defoe upfront, shipping Ibra out today.

What strikers are most in form with kind upcoming fixtures to replace him?....Sanchez is my marquee midfielder.

Deeney has both form and fixtures on his side.

    Kone out, Pieters in.

    Stoke's upcoming fixtures are superb.

Now Rose is back playing, probably do Valencia out for him.

Yeah that's who I'm looking at too. Austin has a great fixture next week but then city away and Chelsea at home so def leaning towards Deeney now. Apparently Austin has just hit the post though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 33,943 ✭✭✭✭CSF

Valencia out, maybe a Stoke defender in, not sure. Was reluctant to go in that direction but they really seemed to put a shift in for Hughes today.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,066 ✭✭✭Officer999

    Stones out and out quickly

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,859 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

Will be looking at Southampton defence if they keep another clean sheet today.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,335 ✭✭✭✭km79

Ibra out but for who ??? I'm actually looking at callum Wilson !
Will divert funds then to midfield for walcott and Bellerin or Kos in defence
    -8
    Don't care
