Lmfao, so the Patriots are using a loophole in the NFL rules to enable the GOAT to avoid the media for the week.

They don't have to add him to the 53 until Saturday and because he is not on the 53 he doesn't have to speak with the media. Saturday is a travel day because they are on the road and all players are excused from media obligations on a travel day. :D

So there'll be no talking to Tom Brady until after the game on Sunday. I just love it, sticking it to them at every given opportunity.

So we'll miss the "What's it like to be back", "Did you watch the games", "Do you think the offense will improve", " How do you think the backups did"....... and other such insightful questions.
    Such a pity.

They'd be asking him about the suspension as well but after the Cleveland game they have to ask about the game and any questions outside that he can just dismiss and say he is there to discuss the game.

I expect Goodell to close off that loop hole soon enough

My monster road trip starts 8am tomorrow for you guys 3am Saturday for me.

Leave MA at 3am and make the 10 hour road trip to Cleveland. Hitting Canton on the way over. Should get to Canton by lunch time Saturday and check out the HOF and then hang out in Cleveland Saturday night.

We are just figuring out our tailgate spot for Sunday but can't wait for Sunday. I hope Brady absolutely smashes the Browns to pieces in anger.

Tom Brady must be laughing his head off at coming back to a 3-1 team and his first game back to get the rust off just happens to be against the mess of a franchise called the browns. :D:D:D:D

I'd imagine he will be looking at last week's loss and telling everybody on the offense that they need to get up to speed. The guy doesn't mess around and he undoubtedly has a chip on his shoulder over being suspended but it's back to work now and I expect him to be more relentless than ever.

Man I'm getting too old, I just wouldn't be able for that now.

Best of luck, hope you have a great time. I'd imagine you'll be relieved once you make the game. Stay out of the dog pound! That's where the real hardcore Browns fans will be.

Gameday and Cleveland is awash of New Englanders. There is going to be more Pats fans here than Browns it seems. HOF yesterday was a good experience place was jammed with fans from all over the country and a lot of Pats fan.

Will throw up some pics later.

    GO PATS!

Bad news for Browns fans, a powerful hurricane and unstoppable force is expected to bring great destruction later today.....

20 mins to kick off of the 73k capacity probably 20k here which 10-15k are Pats fans haha

Dog Pound is pathetically empty as well. Probably get another 10-15k in by the game starts though

Enjoy it TO, must be a great experience. Also you must be wrecked from all that travel?

Shocked but delighted that Patriots @ Browns is not the Sky game. I'd have thought they'd have Brady's first game back as the tv game over here but happily it's not to be and I can enjoy it on gamepass. :)

Another miss from Gost. Having his worst season in quite some time. Needs to get his act together.

Really poor showing by our offense those last 2 drives. This game should have a bigger margin. But we should finish this game off early in the second half

Feel a bit sorry for the Browns being the first team for Brady to try out this Bennet Gronk pairing on. Is Hogan back btw?

Haven't seen a replay that shows it clearly on tv yet. Some form of retaliation after a block according to the commentators but have no idea what.

6th round pick Elandon Roberts is having a game

Pretty sloppy performance on offence this half - Brady seems to be forcing a lot of passes into tight coverage.

Here's hoping Atlanta do us a favour here. Up 7-0 already.

Decent performance against a poor team, lots of room for improvement but honestly its hard to complain when you win comfortably on the road and escape without any major injuries...oh and Brady's back

The 39 year old Brady, the oldest QB in the league, misses 1/4 of the season and in his first game back passes for 406 Yards, 3 TDs, 28 of 40 with a 70% CR. I's say any QB in the league would be delighted to put in that kind of a shift.

Great performance from Brady. Although claims of rustiness, he looked as sharp as ever. Great hook ups with Hogan. although I'd prefer if some of those TDs to Bennett went to Gronk for my fantasy team!

Anyone have any footage of Jones' ejection punch? Didnt show it on the coverage last night and havent seen it anywhere. Ref said he threw a punch, but no talk of him actually hitting anyone. sounded and seemed awfully harsh considering some of the stuff that goes on in the NFL.

One game back and he leads the NFL in QB rating and yards per game.

Ah now. I'm all for the praise Brady has gotten for his comeback, but it's not much praise to be leading a statistic based on averages. Of course one good game back will mean he'll lead it.
