    Mines ate, but if you want energy for the day, go for porridge, put five tablespoons of sugar on and you'd bull cows after that.

    Toms been v quiet the last couple of days, would you be concerned for him?

    Is your assertion about 'bulling cows after that'...just some hyperbolic speculation or have you done it and if so how did the calves turn out?
