    Mike...Hookem? Really?

Are we all sure this isn't a really elaborate hoax?

That's been my reaction to almost everything happening in the news over the last 12 months or so.

Yeah everyone will forget about chance of being blown to sh** while queuing in an airport, shot while at a rock concert, run over while on night out or raped while celebrating new year once they have extra few quid in their pockets.

Unfortunately everyone does forgot about the chance, which is close to zero.

Jesus, as someone said earlier looks like something out of a spy movie.

Since he's hopefully ok, will it affect his chances of becoming leader? It might be sound strange but I would guess to certain people these things matter, I'm thinking of like Putin and Hillary and the focus on their physical well being

Politics this year has absolutely lost its mind.

Wake me up in 2017 when everyone's regained their marbles, please.

Maybe extend that sleep to 2021 mate and you might wake up in a non EU Ireland with the punt back in place. Gonna be a rocky few years ahead for sure for the EU project.

This gets more bizarre. Wolfe is awake in hospital, has no bleed, and is being kept overnight for observations. In a statement he had thanked fellow UKIP members and hospital. Staff. Local police have stated they have received no complaints, but would follow up if they did.

You seriously could not make up some of the sh!t that comes from that Party.

    :D

On the plus side of Brexit, the EU won't have to deal with these kind of nutters. FFS, having fist fights over political disagreements.

Irrelevant what you think of his politics, if you are reading this story and think that someone who wants to lead the 3rd biggest party in the UK is not an absolute bellend for suggesting a fight at 10am to sort out political differences, you are a lost cause.

I hope he makes a speedy recovery, but if UKIP don't tell him to **** the second he is healthy then their supporters need to take a long look at themselves.

It is something the media will hold against him. Anytime he tries to look strong, decisive - the basic things people look for in leaders - the media will chortle about the time he got knocked the **** out. Id say any chance he had at leadership is gone - but given it was leadership of UKIP that probably just saves him needless heartache and stress.

He is 1/2 to be the next leader with Powers. Essentially he is very popular with their supporters and was considered a cert to get it last time but missed out due to his papers not been submitted in time.

Arron Banks who is one of their key moneymen is a huge fan and will probably threaten to take his money to the tories if he is not elected this time.

Their has been an exodus across the board to the Tories since Brexit, even those who loath Woolfe in the party won't want to lose that money.

    A very odd party indeed.

Looks hard as nails, I wouldn't mess with him:o

See the tee shirt he's wearing? It refers to this.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Helmand_Province_incident

A guy took an afghan combatant out of range of the camp cameras and shot him. He's wearing a tee shirt to get him exonerated.
