Duffy. A baptismal certificate is as much use as a chocolate teapot.

It would have to be somewhere would it? Or surely they can make one? We treat people so badly at times here, I can just hear her being told 'computer says no'

This is too painful to listen too - both the utter sadness of that poor woman, and Joe's milking of it. I'm out.

You'd think someone in the civil service would have pointed her in the right direction with getting her records sorted instead if telling her to eff off for a bus pass.

If she worked or claimed any welfare prior to now sure there is something on record somewhere.

would a PPS number not be enough for a Public service card?

Jesus, this is awful, that poor woman.

But you never know, someone might have more information for her.

Well drawing her tragic story out live on air and prompting tears won't help her for sure.

    Gutter stuff.

    shíthole country, poor woman

She was put in an orphanage, nobody seems to know why. Could have been due to her parents death or given up by her family.

Can't really class the country as a ****hole because of this. As unfortunate as it is, if there's no history of the family these things can't be resolved easily.

Back long enough, DLs were issued just for the asking, were they not?

Nervous breakdown, knew the poor lady sounded medicated, she needs real help. Doubt she had private health care so based on her hospital stay surely Welfare already have a record of her. Why can't they use that.

Her children must be useless .

ok so she has family, why on earth are they not dealing with this for her. If she is married, she'd have needed a birth cert then, and to even claim child benefit would you not need it?

Who wouldn't believe you when you tell them of the Swastika Laundry, Joe?
    It's common knowledge.
