Although I do have a pretty big complaint about Nintendo treehouse's current localisations. They've way too many references to memes that will age like a carton of milk left behind the radiator.

    I know what you mean

I'm guessing most of the folks on here have heard about the Tesco sale? Was supposed to kick off Thursday, postponed to Friday now postponed again til Saturday. Was strange seeing bargain bins full of PS2 and Wii games.

There were also some PS Vita, PSP, 3DS, DS and even two Wii-U games back on the shelves (they had long disappeared from my local anyway). Spotted a Red Steel 2 boxed with Wii-Mote Plus included.

Supposedly all games a tenner each even current gen stuff - although most of the PS4 selection had vanished... Staff holding onto the good stuff.

Anyway, might be worth a look Saturday morning for folks leaving near a Tescos (I think 7am kick off).

Definitely, I thought I saw it on the PlayStation thread? I can't remember.
I'm hoping I'll be well enough to have a gawk, just ordered Wii U and hopefully it arrives in good nic. If I can't sure I'll ask around on Facebook see if anyone is heading in they might get something for me, should be grand though.

I'll be busy on Saturday, no Tesco for me.
There was bugger all in Clarehall anyway

I was watching James and Mike playing Beavis and Butthead lately, was so glad to see them getting stuck. Genuinely thought I was just **** at the game, think it made me cry from frustration as a kid. Did anyone finish it?

Are the controllers not going to be horribly small on the Famicom Mini?

I was actually thinking more about the length of the controller cables

That too, but judging by the photo the controller's about the length of the persons little finger.

Nah, I’ve a Vinyl burner and I’m selling these at the weekend markets :)

Man, how awesome would it be to have a Vinyl burner? Except it doesn't really work that way, but still :)
I have 3D printed a basic vinyl test record, there is a process, but its sh1te and will kill your player.

    NES mini impressions:

    http://www.usgamer.net/articles/nes-classic-edition-hands-on-impression-big-on-fun-light-on-features

I looked at the game list for the Famicom mini and it seems we got the better deal in terms of games.

Thanks for posting that BTW, I shared it on Facebook and me a friend went out looking at 7am, there wasn't much left in Coonagh, Crescent wasn't open til 9am so got blueberry pancakes inbetween, not a morning person but it was great craic (bar the usual grabby rude people of course).

I'm only around the corner now from Tesco Santry but can't be bothered tbh
I've no hope of getting through even the good games right now, and I've got Pikmin 3 and Fast Racing Neo incoming to my local Parcel Motel.

That starter pack is exactly what I'd have snapped up :(
Ah well, on a brighter note Pikmin 3 and Fast Racing Neo have arrived in my Parcel Motel locker, so it'll be a busy Sunday for me!
