The nemesis of every hurling team seems to be "the doubters"
They are always out there doubting, the doubters. And it's up to strong teams to show up and prove those doubters wrong and become FÚCKING CHAMPIONS!

Personally can't stand tipp fans, by far the worst of any county I've seen at games myself.

Nothing says top-notch sporting occasion quite like the constant interjection of Ger Canning.

The commentary was very lack lustre, added nothing to what was going on.

    Honn Tipp!!

Two class hurling teams on display today.

It was stick fighting not bog ball.

You'd be swearing too if you hadn't won an All Ireland SH title in 6 years.

Only one thing worse than a kilkenny fan winning an all Ireland and that's a tipp fan. Painful.

The only county Robert to have won a SHC in every decade since the formation of the GAA.

Cats are class hurlers but they'll never have that.

No because in 1887, it was reported that hurling in Kilkenny was the worst in the country as Kilkenny was a cricket county, as everyone from the rich to the poor played cricket.
Yet 17 years later Kilkenny won their first All-Ireland and never looked back.

The best team won today, no controversy, so it is easy to accept the loss but I have not fully forgiven that person who while doing a paid wrote 'Up Tipp' on a wall on one of my farm buildings years ago :p :pac:

Cricket was a big game in Tipp too back in the day. Brendan Cummins still plays it.

Listen the Cats over the past 17 years or so of Cody have being like a machine, it's the greatest run any hurling county will ever do.

As everybody I spoke to in Tipp tonight said, To be the best you have to beat the best.
